In the nook and crannies of West Bengal towns, there lie innumerable Community colleges, where there is unchecked mixing of young students with violence and politics. The political situation of the country directly mirrors inside the grubby campuses, though in a miniature form. Young men and women who have just earned their voting rights do everything in their power to celebrate their coming of age. Shailen Mitra Community College is one of those. Here Pramit meets Rishi, Communism meets religious scuffles, a tortured girl finds happiness and Depression meets Love, all at once. Three strong characters put behind their personal devils to fight for what they think is right. A young son of Islam sets out to destroy the kafers, a devout Hindu spreads her rigid beliefs, and a players plays with the emotional strings to save his lady love. There comes a depressed young woman, who finds revenge and fulfillment within the campus, a young man whose feelings baffles him, and a soft lass, who spreads happiness wherever she goes. All these told from the perspective of a confused young man, who finds the purpose in life in this grubby campus. This story is not about princes and vampires, castles and unicorns....this is about hard reality. And for those in search of love, don't be disappointed, its all in here! at least, what I can assure you that this needs a happy ending, even if it does not deserve it! This is my first encounter in political fiction. Please overlook the unexpected bugs in my amateur writing
