Ordering Rules
🌟 Payment:
Complete half of the payment before delivery and the rest afterward.
🌟 Usage Time:
Use our graphics for at least 2 weeks. Our team puts a lot of effort into each design, and we appreciate your understanding.
🌟 No Shop Hopping:
Don't request graphics from us and another designer simultaneously. It’s unfair to our team.
🌟 Respect:
Always be polite and respectful to our designers.
🌟 Patience:
No rush orders, please. We need 1 to 2 weeks to deliver your graphics. We value quality over speed and appreciate your patience.
🌟 Publishing:
Only order graphics for books you are sure you will publish. If you plan to unpublish or deletethe book, please refrain from ordering.
🌟 Specific Designers:
Feel free to request a specific designer from our team.
🌟 Revisions:
You have 2 chances to request changes. This will be in coordination with the designer, and we appreciate your flexibility.
🌟 Acceptance:
Not all requests are accepted. We reserve the right to turn down requests if we can’t fulfill them. We'll confirm accepted requests with you.
🌟 Password:
Include the first letter of your favorite song as the password when placing an order.
