Domonique is driving around New York City before she uses her foot to hit the button she had installed in the floor board of her car. The button causes the engine to start misfiring before Domonique pulls over into an alley with Dom following her.
"What are you doing?" Cipher asks as Domonique comes to a stop, since she is watching her through a camera.
"Engine's misfiring, I gotta check it out," Domonique answers Cipher as she glances at the camera in her car.
"No. That's not part of the plan, Moni," Cipher says as she starts to get an uneasy feeling.
"Clearly," Domonique says with an eye roll. "But unless you want the engine to seize on the job..."
"You have five minutes," Cipher says angrily before switching to God's eye to watch Domonique, who gets out of her car. Dom quickly gets out of his car to help his sister. Domonique holds up her hand as she mouths "five minutes" before Dom raises her hood causing Cipher to lose sight of them. "I want another visual."
"I got an ATM," The man, using God's eye, tells her.
"I don't like this," Cipher says as a van slowly drives into view before backing up into the alley that they are using to watch Domonique and Dom fom the ATM. Once the van is stopped, Domonique and Dom share a look before they look over at the van driver. Domonique lightly smiles as Raldo, the van driver, gives them a nod. Domonique quickly walks away from her car after patting Dom on the shoulder. "I want to see the Toretto siblings."
"There are no more cameras," The man, using God's eye, tells her.
"Then find something! Punch in on something reflective. A car mirror, anything.." Cipher starts to panic since she can't see Domonique and Dom.

"Do you know who I am?" A woman asks as Domonique sits in front of her, in a bar that has no cameras.
"That's why I'm here," Domonique answers the woman as her guard walks up behind Domonique.
"Do you know what I'm capable of?" The woman asks Domonique as she grabs her cup of tea.
"It's why I'm here," Domonique answers her with a nod.
"I'll give you until I finish my cuppa. And I'm fucking thirsty," The woman says as she raises her cup before taking a drink.
"I got limited time, so won't take up too much of yours," Domonique tells her with a nod of understanding.
"Oh no," The woman says as she shakes her head. "No, you've already taken everything I have of value, Miss Toretto. What more could you possibly want?"
"To give you something back," Domonique says causing the woman to look at her in shock. "First time that my brother saw his son was behind a bulletproof glass. When he reached for him, he couldn't hold him." The woman lowers her glass. "It's the worst pain he ever felt. I know you know exactly how that feels. Maybe we could change that."
"Now why do I think you're about to suggest something really dodgy, Miss Toretto," The woman says with a raised eyebrow. Domonique sets a wristband on the table before sliding it towards her.
"It's why I'm here," Domonique says with a smirk that causes her eyes to sparkle with trouble.

"Jesus, punch in on something. I'm not liking this. Something is not right," Cipher orders as she continues to panic. "Rhodes, you close?"
"Yeah," Rhodes responds since he is in New York as well.
"Go," Cipher orders him.
"The delivery truck is moving," The guy with God's eye tells her as the van pulls out of the alley to reveal Dom closing Domonique's hood. Domonique holds up a burnt spark plug to the camera as she mouthes "I know" before she gets into her car, hitting the same button causing her car to be fine.

"Let's find us a Russian," Cipher says as she takes over God's eye. "I spy with my little eye, a Minister of Defense." God's eye locates the Minister of Defense. "Upload those coordinates to Moni's nav."
"Copy that," The man says before doing as told.
"He's in the third car, it's a guard class limousine," Cipher tells Domonique after God's eye catches the license plate of the car that the Minister of Defense is in.
"Where's my team?" Domonique asks as she starts heading where the navigation system tells her to go, knowing that Letty is probably doing everything in her power to find her.
"Where's her team?" Cipher asks her people.
"There's no sign of 'em yet," A woman answers after using God's eye.
"They are off the grid, probably just bunkered down somewhere," Cipher explains to Domonique as she watches her screens.
"Closing in on him. Are you guys ready?" Domonique asks as she and Dom start following the Minister of Defense.
"One thing I can guarantee you Moni, no one's ready for this," Cipher says with a smirk before giving orders to her team. "I want every chip with a zero-day exploit in a two-mile radius around that motorcade now."
"There's over a thousand of them," The man tells her.
"Hack 'em all," Cipher tells him with a nod before the man does as told. "It's zombie time. I'd buckle up if I were you." Cipher hits a button before cars begin to drive themselves. Majority of the cars in the Manhattan area all start driving themselves in the direction that the man programed the to go. "Target the motorcade." The man does as told while Domonique and Dom continue to follow the Minister of Defense. "And here they come." The officers on bikes, who are escorting the Minister of Defense, are taken out by a taxi. The next four cars are taken out by several cars, leaving the Minister of Defense's limo as the lead car. The police cars that head to help them are taken out by cars coming out of dealerships. One of the cars in the back takes the lead as a guard stands through the sunroof with a gun before trying to shoot all of the cars heading towards them.
"The motorcade just turned on 7th," Cipher's man says as the limo turns a corner.
"Perfect. Make it rain," Cipher orders as they watch the screens. The man types on his computer before cars start driving out of a parking garage, through the windows.
"Target immobilized," Another man says after the cars quit falling, causing them to see the limo trapped in the middle of all of the cars.
"You are up, Moni," Cipher orders before Domonique and Dom start climbing over the cars to reach the limo. Dom holds up a shield while Domonique stands behind him as the passenger guard starts shooting at him and Domonique until the gun is empty.
"Give me the case," Domonique orders the Minister of Defense and his assistant after Dom had jumped onto the trunk of the limo.
"Give her the case," The Minister of Defense tells his assistant in Russian.
"These are nuclear launch codes. We cannot give it to her," The assistant argues in Russian with the Minister. Dom turns his saw before cutting into the limo by the gas tank.
"What is he doing now?" The Minister of Defense asks in Russian as he panics.
"He just cut a hole in our gas tank," The passenger guard tells the Minister in Russian. Domonique uses the trunk to light a flare before tapping on the assistant's window. Domonique holds the flare above the gas tank before the assistant's window is opened and the case held up out of the window. Domonique takes the case before walking away as she takes her mask off.
"Good work. Meet you both at the pick-up," Cipher says as Domonique gets back in her car before taking off.
"I think I know where my team's at," Domonique says as she and Dom come to a quick stop since Roman, Tej, Hobbs, Letty, Eliza, and Little Nobody are blocking the road in front of them.
"Where?" Cipher asks her confused.
"Right in front of us," Dom answers her as he looks at all of the vehicles before Deckard pulls up behind them.
"This is on you both. Get out of there, Moni," Cipher orders them as she watches her screen.
