Welcome to the Kill Your Characters Support Group profile! We hope you enjoy your stay and ignore all the bloodstains as we mercilessly murder our main heroes and side characters (not all of us believe in slaughtering so easily, so you might find a friendly face or two around here). Here at the KYC Support Group, we believe in championing the dark, macabre, horrific, and downright gruesome works that don't tend to get the attention of more popular genres like Romance. 🕸️Strong Community

Everyone is welcome here. While we cater to the darker side of Wattpad and beyond, we welcome writers and readers from every kind of background.  This includes access to our discord channel, where we have and will continue to run movie nights, watch documentaries, and host write-ins, all to inspire and encourage one another to grow as writers.

🕸️ Book Clubs and Contests

With an aim to bring more attention to all things horror (yes, that includes you, Dark Fantasy), we aim to run not only an inclusive book club (membership not required!) but contests to help promote the viewership of all our stories.

One of our most important goals is to help every one of us become published or paid authors. Whether this is through services like Patreon, Amazon, independent publishers, or even our company one day, we want to see more horror dominate the bookshelves. Some of our members have been through many of these processes, and we would love to share their work as well.
