Celeste Point Of View

I sighed nine times this day and it's all because of this walking statue besides me.

"My name is Celeste how about you?" I opened up trying to have a conversation with this boy.

Hindi ko kayang tumahimik hindi ako yun!! But to my dismay he didn't say anything and still continued walking.

"Hoy! Kuyang hindi ko alam ang pangalan mag salita ka naman nag mumukha akong tanga." patuloy na pag reklamo ko sa kanya pero denidma lang ako.

"Alam niyo kuya, healthy sa tao kung nag sasalita sila para malaman ng iba na buhay at humihinga pa sila." parang tangang pang-uuto ko sa kanya.

"Kuyang hindi ko alam ang pangalan magsalita ka naman oh, mabaho ba hininga mo kaya ayaw mo mag salita, may mint candy akong dala gus-SHUT UP!" Ayon na galit na ang lolo niyo may pa 'shut up shut up' pa siyang nalalaman. Siguro yun lang ang salitang alam niya, sinabi niya nalang sana tuturuan ko siyang mag salita.

"Gusto ko lang naman malaman pangalan mo eh ang sungit sungit mo." naiinis na saad ko sa kanya.

"Kieran." he shortly stated, his face was frowning and he looked really annoyed.

"Nice to meet you Keiran." I greeted happily.

Pagkatapos non ay tahimik na naman kaming dalawa. It's probably past my bed time too, the full moon was unexpectedly gleaming tonight even the stars were out. Various types of flowers were in full bloom, it's sweet and alluring scents were scattered every where.

During my past life I often go out and spend my time in the hospital rooftop it was one of the most memorable memories I had when I was still Artemia, kuya Theo and I used to sneak out the hospital and spend the night eating in the near by market. For now I want to enjoy the second life given to me, I don't know the reason why I'm here or what my purpose is but I'll make sure to enjoy every bit of it.

"Oh?" I stopped on my track when I saw a white round object hiding inside the bushes.

I went near it and spread the bushes apart and saw an egg? What's an egg doing here? I gently touched it and slowly carried it using my small hands scared that I might break it. I wonder what kind of egg this is, a chicken egg perhaps?

I smiled when that thought came into my mind.

"Hala may pang ulam nako mamaya." natatawang saad ko, napapagod na kasi ako sa kakain ng vegetable salad eh, hindi naman ako baka.

"That's not a chicken egg stupid." asik ng lalaking pinag lihi sa yelo, wala naman akong sinabi na itlog ng manok to eh.

I was about to speak when I felt the egg moving, agad ko itong binitawan pero syempre dahan dahan lang baka mamaya mapisat kawawa yung nasa loob.

"Ahhh!" Napatili ako sa gulat ng lumabas ang maliit na ulo ng ahas na galing sa loob ng itlog.

Mukhang nagulat din siya sa pag sigaw ko dahil mabilis siyang nagtago pabalik sa sira-sirang shell ng itlog.

I hid on Keiran's back and continued to glare at the poor egg. I saw Keiran frowned and flinched by my sudden action.

"What are you doing?" he asked. Like always his voice was empty and dead, same goes with his eyes.

"I'm hiding obviously. What if it bites me." I whispered.
