As i was waiting for Zara to get out the operating room i was thinking about our latest mission , what could happened if we got shot and kidnappped .
We were lucky that we could sneak up on them because if we would had to go in the Emperor's estate we would be fucked , they would torture us till we are dead, or if we are luckier, they would excute us and we would die quickly.

I had been on suicide missions like that but almost died all 8 times, but since then nobody was on missions like that, the council had banned it for a reason ...
"Commander Cameron?"
" Commander??" The nurse asked, tryinng tto get my attention
" Yes ?" I say as i stand up
" Commander Grey is fine , the bullet didn't hit anything important , we will call you if she's aweke.
"Thank you" i smile at the nurse as i step out of the door

I should get to the council meeting, to see what's the assasin's future here.
I look at my phone and notice that the meeting started an hour ago, so i started to run to the meeting room, hoping that it hadn't ended.
As i get to the room , everyone was leaving.

I tried to find the General with my eyes, i could not,
I feelt a hand on my shoulder
" Cayden i'm glad that you didn't die" he said while laughing

Great , he was drinking agian

"What did they decide on Nikolai's future?"i hold him so he wouldn't fall
" Well, nnot much, they woould like a list of the next victim's and Rihsen was trying to get it out of him but Sergey attacked him , so they did a little punching and cutting on him "He said with a sigh
"WHAT? Why?"I asked in a suprised voice
Why would they do that?
Is he okay?
"He needed to know that he couldn't just attack a Commander"
"I need to go " i say and started going to see if he's okay

Nikolai

I was trying to lay down after those assholes cutted the fuck out of me , maybe i should listen to the commander , but nahh.

"I told you not to attack anyone" He came out of nowere, to be honest he scared the shit out of me
He opened the door and locked himself inside the cell with me
"I hope that you won't atttack me since youur in a pretty bad shape"he tries to cheer me up, but i only let out a small laugh since its kinda hard to breathe
"You know i won't"I say and look at him, only to notice that he is suprised
"What did they do to you?" He asked and to be honest, i was kinda suprised that he cared
"Well, they tried to get some things out of me, and started to treathen me so i would talk, so i talked back, and he attacked me so i fought back , and the Rihsen didn't like that so they took me to the torturing room, and from there, i think you can imagine"I say in one big breath
He sighed
"Where did they cut you?"i point to my stomach, he was about to lift my shirt but looked up to ask permission, so i nodded at him

Its weird how we can understand eachother without talking

He pulls my shirt up only to find a lot of bruises and deep cuts
"Can you walk ?"he asked
"Yea but it hurts"i answer him while looking at him
"Guards , iam going to take him out for some time "he yells
"I'm sorry sir , but you can only take him out if you chain him "he leands him a handcuff
He turned toward me " Iam sorry but your going to need to put these on " he hands me a handcuff
"Where are we going?" I ask him but he dosen't answer until i put the handcuffs on
"To my apartment so i could clean your wounds" he answer
"Why your room ?"I ask with a smirk
"Because, i have my stuff there , now stand up if you can"
I try to stand up but because all the pain and tiredness i couldn't, i was about to fall to the ground but he chatched me and holded me like i was nothing
"Lean on me"he said, so i did as he says

We eterred the hallway and took the lift , but a girl was already in it
" Zara , hey " he said with a smile
" hi guys , what are you doing Cayden ? "She ask and looks at me
"They didn't even clean his wounds so iam helping him , and what are YOU doing ? We just got shot at , and idk if you remember but you got shot" he said with sarcasm
"Iam fine its just a little wound but they didn't clean his wounds??" She asked
" No , so we are going to my apartment"He answered the girls question
"I'm coming too , i don't have anything to do for a few days" she stated and grabbed my other arm so she could help me walk
The lift stoped and we started to walk .
After 5 minutes of walking she letted go of my arm and took the Commanders keys and opened the door .
He helped me inside and his apartment was big and modern , he entered the living room annd putted me down on one of the sofas.
"I be right back" He disappeared
"Do you like lasagne?" Zara asked me from the kitchen
"Yes"
"Great, i'm making some"she says and starts to make lasagne
"Take your shirt of " Cayden says as he comes back with a first aid kit
I take my shirt off as he takes out a cotton ball and pours some liquid on it , and turns back to me
"Nice abs " he says and Zara starts laughing
"Tha-"He presses the cotton ball against my wound and i gasp
"So you only said it to distract me?" I ask in a offended voice
"Noo" he lets out a soft laugh

I gasp as he presses it against me again
"You're so dramatic"he laughs at me
"Fuck you" i say in a playfully voice
"You guys are like an old married couple"Zara laughs at us
"No we aren't"We say at the same time but Zara just laughs
"Aaand you're done"He hands me my shirt
"Thanks Commander" i say while smirking at him
"You're welcome but you know that i don't like it when you call me that right?"
"Sorry, Commander" i say and he gasps dramaticly
"Food's ready"Zara yells
