In John 3:16 it is written: For God so loved the world that he gave his only son, so whoever believes in him shall not perish, but have everlasting life.
Through the blood of Jesus Christ, the sins of humanity were forgiven. However there were still sinners among saints. Sinners who had no shame of being called sinners. For in the modern world, sin crawled around every corner and lurked in every shadow. God warned humanity to change many times but they did not listen.
So from the depths of the underworld he created his second son. Kodiel. Which means "Wrath". He gave him the task of not forgiving, but punishing those who sinned.
In the hopes that humanity would change their evil ways.
