I scretch my arms as i turn in the comfortable bed, before i realise.
COMFORTABLE BED?
I quickly open my eyes as i find mysself in my old room.
I haven't been in here since i was 16, before i was takened to the capital.

Wait a minute, where is The Commander?

I rush out of my room as i notice the empty hallway, so i start walking to Kaia's room.

I knock on her door, and wait for an answer
"NIKO" She yells, as  she hugs me.
"I'm glad that you're okay" she smiles
"Well, i'm not dead, but where is The Commander" I ask as she frezes and looks at me with a 'what are you talking about' face.

"You weren't alone?" She asks as i start panicking.
What.the.fuck.
"No i wasn't. Didn't you bring him here to??" I ask as she shakes her head
"Nikolai, you were the only one there, believe me we looked for others"

He wouldn't leave me, i know

"No..." I say, looking down, as she pulls me in for a hug,
"Are you sure he wouldn't?" She asks as  i nodd
"I will make sure to find something" She turns as i grab her wrist.
"Where is everyone?" I ask as she grabs her jacket and heads outsude her room.
"We all got called to a meeting, we're going there now"

Great, will i be a hero or a bastard?

"Kaia, in my bag i have-"
"A map, i know, i have it. Take it and give it  to the supervisor" She says, handing me the paper roll.

The gaurds open the door for us, and we enter as all the people stand up, for me, for Kaia, for us...

I forgeted about that one...

"Nikolai Sergej, Special Assasin of the Emperor, Supervisor of the 16th sector, leader of the Resintance, Welcome back" The priest says,as everyone shuts up.
Kaia and i take a seat in the first row as the meeting goes on.
"We had now made sure, that the bomb in Monaco was from Small Sorrow, also know as Knea Sorrow" Iyn says as the room start to fill up eith people talking, as she makes an eye contact with me.

For the rest of the meeting my brain was a big mess, i couldn't focus on anyone, Kaia tried to talk with me but she failed

What if they toook him? What if they executed him? Or worse??

"I close this case" Iyn  says as  Enzo sighes, cause he didn't win the argument.
I shake my head, and as soon as it brings mee back to reality, i put my killer face on and walk to the front of the room, and slip the map on the table of the supervisor.
As soon as he notices he nodds, as i turn around to leave.

"I don't know what to say Nikolai" Kaia says with a sad look on her face
"But damm bro, you pulled himmm" Rando says, suprised from the lot of information.
"Rando!" Kie raises her voice as she pulls Rando away from me.
"We can help, in anything."Mang says, placing his hand on my shoulder.

"We got missions" Amari says, from the cornner of the room as everyone looks at her,
"Just saying!" She says as we start laughing.
"I missed you too"

"Rando, with Mang, Kie with Amari, the rest is obvius"I say as everyone gets in the car
"Kaia" i say as she starts the "check list"
"Big, and small guns"  "check" everyone says with joy in their voice

"Aim, for everything" 'check"
"Backup clothes" "check"
"Bulletproof vests and protectors " "check"
"Nightvision glasses""check"
"Backup headsets and wireless earbugs""check"

"Are you really going to adk everything? Where are going to be here for hours!" Amari says as i start the car
"Fine, but do we have more fuel and the first aid kit?" Kaia asks as everybody nodds.

"Can i drive??"Kie asks as everybody is afraid for their life
"NO" we say, all together

How much i missed them...

"What do we have?" Mang asks, leaning towards the first 2 seats, where i'm and Kaia is sitting
"We think that it's going to be a blood bath" I say, as Kaia sighes.
"How big?"He asks as Kaia and i lock eyes, before she answers.
"Like in dubai, but without the bombs"
"That wasn't that badddd, i just almost died, and we almost lost Rando" He say as i smirk
"Yeah, that was something... But we had worse" Kaia says as she looks in her note book
"Omg" She says as Mang looks at her with a scared face,
"What??"
"Awww, its our 700th real mission"
"How the fuckk??" I ask as she nodds
"Wow, time flies, remember when we just started?" Mang asks as we both say "yeahh"
"And yk what's the best thing?" I ask as they both look at me

"On the other side, NOBODY knows that it's us, NOBODY" I say as Kaia starts laughing

"That's suprising, very" she says as i park on the roadside
"Lets goooo" Mang jumps out of the car as the others wake up.
"WHAT HAPPENED??" Rando screams out, scared, he looks  arund
"Ohhh, i need to pee" He says as I sarts laughing.

After everyone is ready to go, we get back in the car and put some music on.
"Don't sleep, we be there in an hour!" Kie says to Rando.
"Like an old married couple" I say, as we all laugh.
