When I was walking in Prague I have seen a lot of street styles and when I was sitting on the bench I was looking ON WE HEART IT and saw someone wearing a spiky thing on its hair. So I was thinking about how to make it and find it on this awesome page named - honestlywtf.com
You'll need:
9 brass cone spikes
a 3-4" plastic hair comb (or you can cut it from a plastic comb)
a glue gun or a liquid glue
So prepare a small comb and a small amount of glue for cone spike wait 30 seconds of holding and do the same at the other end. To make sure when you will glue another spikes use a ruler to glue them right.
