Someone once told me you are who you are for a lot of reasons.

And maybe you'll never know most of those reasons,

but you choose where to go from there.

So when life pushes you down,

it's up to you to decide whether or not to get back up.

You can simply let it define you,

or if you're weak you can let it destroy you.

But if you're strong you can let it strengthen you.

So the minute you feel like giving up or giving in,

just think about why you held on this long!

It's because when all hope was lost,

you had hope in you.
