People in Seoul are now in a state of panic. Recently there are multiple cases of Kidnapping, Robbing, Bankrupting and drug dealling. What's worst is that, the doers are just teenagers. Yes! Teenagers who's in High School or University.

Goodafternoon Korea. This is Choi Sulli reporting. Another group of teenagers has been caught robbing a shop in Cheonparo via CCTV camera. One of them named Cho Kyuhun A.K.A 'Evil Kyu' is already in the hands of Seoul Police. Cho Kyuhyun is known to be a member of 'Old Boy Gang'. He's to be in interogation room since he has been caught to get some information. Again, this is Choi Sulli of SBN News reporting.
