Olly and I have been a 'couple' for 2 weeks now. It's hard to hate him when you're living with him and he's around you 24/7. I really wish I did hate him. You know, for leaving me. But...I can't. He really is one in a million.

"Poppy, we're going out tonight." Olly said, knocking on the door before entering.

"Did management set it up? Because they're really corny and no offence but I hate them." I replied, as Olly chuckled.

"No, we're going round to Rup's for a movie night, if that's alright with you." I nodded and smiled. "brilliant. We're leaving in about an hour." I stuck my thumbs up and ushered him out of the room so I can get ready.

I walked over to Josh's bed, where he was peacefully sleeping. For once. He's been up at stupid times of the night because of all the change that has happened. Moving out of my parents house, meeting Olly, moving into Olly's house, meeting Olly's parents, moving into their house and then moving back into Olly's house. I don't know about Josh but I am exhausted. He started stirring so I picked him up and gave him a cuddle.

"Morning, baby." I said, giving him a kiss on his forehead. "Shall we go and get you some breakfast?" He sleepily nodded and we walked out of the door. Olly must have been in his room because he was nowhere to be found in the kitchen or livng room. I prepared Josh's breakfst and put him in his highchair and started feeding him.

By the time Josh had finished, I was covered in porridge. "Thanks, Joshy." I said, wiping his face with a babywipe.

"Did mummy get a bit dirty?" Olly said, walking into the kitchen, winking at me. I rolled my eyes. "Morning, Joshy."

"Dadda!" Josh said, lifting his arms to Olly. Olly looked to me, as if he was looking for approval. I rolled my eyes again and walked out of the kitchen. He needs to stop asking me for permission to pick up his son.

I quickly grabbed a shower and got changed into one of my skater skirts and a plain black vest top. I grabbed my phone and looked at the weather app. 24 degrees. Yay. I love hot weather. I love summer. July weather is the best. I styled my hair into a fishtail braid and left it hanging on my shoulder. I applied litle make up, just some mascara and a bit of foundation. A kncok on my door startled me, but I soon got up and opened it.

"You ready?" Olly said, tickling Josh. His eyes met mine and his jaw dropped. "Poppy...you...look...wow."

I hid my face in my hands but soon felt them lowering, as Olly put his hands on mine and bought them down. "You look beautiful." He picked up Josh again, whispered something in his ear.

"Mumma you look bootiful!" Josh said, moving his hands so I could hold him. I got hold of him and kissed his cheek.

"You look gorgeous too, baby." I looked at him in his ManU football top and shorts. I sighed at Olly, which made him chuckle. "You look nice, too, Olly." He winked at me and rested his hand on my lower back, literally pushing me out of the door.

Flashes.

Flashes everywhere.

Josh hid his face in my neck, just like the first time this happened. They were shouting things at us, but I wasn't listening. My eyes were focused on Olly, who was becoming angry. I quickly grabbed his hand, which seemed to soothe him? His face became relaxed and a little smile was creeping up on his face. We finally got to the cara and i quickly strapped Josh in, then getting in the car myself.

"I'm-"

"No." I said, cutting him off.

"But-"

"No." I repeated.

"Poppppppy." He whined.

"Olllllllly." I replied, copying him.

"You suck."

"You love me." I said, sticking my tongue out.

"I do." He mumbled under his breath, turning onto a road.

---

"The party has arrived!" Olly shouted as we entered Rupert's house. I giggled as I put Josh down and shut the door. Josh went running into the living room, dancing to the music that was playing. My eyes diverted straight to the man who was sitting on the love seat, looking at me intently.

I turned around and went to find Olly, who was getting the beers out of the fridge. "Hey, Olly..." I said, making him jump a little. "Sorry." I giggled.

"Idiot," he said, turning around, "so you alright?" I nodded.

He started to make his way to the living room but was stopped by someone. "Hey, Ry." He said, shaking his hand.

"Olly, Poppy, can I have a word?" I stood still but Olly nodded. "I just want you to know that I'm not gonna get in the way of you two, I'm sure Poppy has told you but yeah, our date didn't exactly end up-"

"Hold up, you went on a date?" Olly said, staring at me.

"Olly...I was going to tell you!" I said, trying to keep my voice down.

"When? Maybe when you two get fucking married?!" He shouted.

"Olly, wait!" I shouted. He shook his head and ran out of the door.

Ryan looked at me and he apoligised. "Don't be. It's not your fault."

I walked back into the living room, with all the faces staring at me. "What happened..."

I ignored the question and picked up Josh. "Can one of you give me a lift to Olly's?" Marco nodded his head and grabbed his keys. "Thank you so much."

---

We got there soon and I thanked Marco and got out my keys for the apartment. I opened the door and put Josh down on the sofa, surrounded by pillows, as he fell asleep in the car. "Olly?" I said, walking around the house trying to find him. My bedroom was the last place I checked, obviously tinking he wouldn't be in there. But I was wrong. He was sitting on the floor, surrounded by that box of the things Olly had got me in the past. In his left hand was a bottle of beer, which he was downing and in his right hand, was a picture of us, just before he left for X factor. Just before he left me forever.

"Olly..." I muttered. His head snapped up, but not turning round. "Olly." I said again, but more steady. "Let me explain."

"How...how could you?"

"Olly...we...we went to Brios." His back straightened up and I sat on the end of my bed, just behind him. "And..and I kept having these flashbacks of when I was there with you...like when you spilt ketchup on yourself, and when you thought my green eyes were brown," I giggled at the memory, "and I couldn't stay there any longer. I ran out...and that's when I saw Vicky and Pete." I laughed again, dipping my head in my hands. "I..you..no one will ever beat you." I felt the bed dip and a pair of hands grip my shoulders. He pulled me into him, whispering soothing words in my ear.

I lifted my head to see Olly staring at me. Those piercing bluey-greeny eyes staring at me. I couldn't control myself, I just felt myself leaning forward. Until we heard...

A scream.
