The pledge

All children at the age of fifteen are dropped outside the borders of the town. Children are only to return when they are prepared to take the pledge. Devoting their life to being an active part of the town. The pledge is taken to ensure the town can function in harmony. Those who sign this document are pledging their life to the community in the fences.

They agree to:
- follow all laws and orders given to them by anyone of higher authority
- spend two hour at mass in church a week
- work at their assigned job and have a maximum of 1 child per family
- to spend three hours in a helping the community in various projects
- report any suspicious activity that is seen to a higher authority
- be at home by 11:00 each night
- have monthly check ups
- be married to the person who you are paired with

Failure to comply with these rules after the pledge is taken will results in severe punishment.
