A few weeks ago I was asked to create an original romantic short story based on the experience of first love in collaboration with Wattpad and Relativity Media.
This is all part of the celebration for the opening of the highly anticipated Best of Me movie on October 17th. Be sure to mark the date on your calendars because this is one of those must see movies for any fan of romance. I have to admit that when I first received the request I literally did the whole fangirl thing, high pitched squeals and all. Nicholas Sparks is my idol. He is a master when it comes to writing unforgettable romantic stories and bringing out the readers emotions with simple words.
With all that being said, Summer Lights is a short story based on the discovery of first love and realizing that once you’ve experienced it, it’s something that you truly never forget.
