Eude Berenger was, in essence, worthless. Perhaps worthless is far too vague, but in comparison to his extraordinary peers who are notably abhuman with their peculiar abilities, worthless seems suitable. Attending an academy which teaches those with magnificent powers in order to lay a foundation of comprehension and control, Eude attends for his lust of knowledge, and to study under the most brilliant minds of his day, yet powerless. That is until he correlates peculiar things which occur around him, regarding the deceased, and finds that he very well may have an ability. One that could lead to the obliteration of his society.
