(Not my art work in the cover) Welcome to National City Theater Camp. The most exclusive and powerful acting camp on the whole east coast. The camp holds a competition at the end of every summer in a three-year rotation between a musical, a comedy, or a drama performance. The winner performs at a broadway showcase at the end of summer. It is one of the best opportunities in the world for talent scouts and college recruiters to find talent. The competition is held between four Companies, The Freedom company led by Alex Danvers, The Spire company led by Miranda Bailey, The Hillside company led by James Olsen, and the forest company led by Pamela Isley. Outside of the obvious acting campers, there is obviously tech. Each company has an assigned ASM (assistant stage manager). Yelena Belova- Spire Company Winn Schott-Hillside Company Kate Bishop- Freedom Company Sara Lance- Flower Company All four assistant stage managers report to the HBIC Lena Kieran Luthor Though everyone else at camp knows this Kara Danvers (or Kara Zor as she plans to go by at camp) knows absolutely nothing despite begging her sister to give her the details. Kara is going to have to navigate her first year at camp at the age of the 5th year. A fact that is unprecedented in the history of the camp. AKA she gets a lot of weird looks.
