This is the story of a girl who sets out on a quest for the truth and finds, as so many do, that truth is relative and nothing is ever as it seems. Alexeia Robbins is a fourth-generation settler on the Lunar-based colony of Eureka. She's very proud of this fact, as most of the nearly 1million citizens that live in the station are. We were the first people to conquer the moon! What's not to be proud about? The problem is we forget our history too easily, and the moon has a dark past. Nearly 100 years ago when the first settlers arrived they set up two stations on opposite poles of the moon, one survived, and one suffered a catastrophic accident a mere 20 years later. The problem? No one really knows what happened at the other station, Station 451, and Alexeia is determined to find out and bring the truth to her people. Together with a cast of characters, Alexeia sets out on a dangerous journey to the far side of the moon in order to bring home the truth. What she finds is more disturbing than she could have dreamed. ----------------------- This story is one that I hope to one day turn into a full-length novel, but as I am still working out details of the story and the characters I wanted to share what I do have with the world in the hopes of getting some beta readers and feedback on the story. Please if you read this keep in mind it is a VERY rough first draft, it's mostly just getting my thoughts out of my head and onto the computer. If you do read this and have feedback it would be so grately appreciated, good or bad. I want to know what works, what doesn't, what needs more filling out and what maybe should be scrapped. I have this whole world inside my head with these beautiful characters who I want so desperately to bring to life, but that's way easier said than done. So if you do read it and give feedback I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for spending time with my words. It means more than you know. Love you to the moon and back 🫶
