Farkle Minkus has everything figured out. He was the smartest kid in school, on track to an Ivy League, and had the best group of friends anyone could ask for. He didn't have time for matters of the heart, and thought that a love of science was far more important than loving someone. But as the days wind down until the gang all goes their separate ways, he starts to see things differently. Suddenly, even science can't explain why his heart beats a little faster at the sight of her. And science should be able to explain everything.
