Then Lu Yao said, "Do you believe someone would come from the mirror?" Chuseng said, "No. But there's no better explanation than this. After the crime, no one had entered or left this space except for the victim and his three bodyguards. We've verified the plans for the mansion, as well. There's no space where someone can hide." Lu Yao found something odd about one mirror close to the sink because when he knocked on it, it was a little bit loose as well. Then he said, "It's interesting here." Chusneg said, "What did you find?" Lu Yao moved the mirror slightly and told Chuseng behind him, "It's a loose here. There should be a secret passage." Chuseng said, "Don't worry, we've already checked it. There's a solid wall behind there. I think the construction wasn't done properly." 

Chuseng wanted to say, 'Don't worry about it with your pretty head,' but Lu Yao was still looking at it, and he thought of something as well. instead, Lu Yao said, "Well, what about the ceiling?" Chuseng said, "We've checked it. The ceiling is less than 2,6 inches from the roof. No one can hide in here." Chuseng wants to stare into Lu Yao's eyes all day, even when Lu Yao looks away from him. Lu Yao hopes for the same with the hot inspector, but he thinks it would be impossible for the inspector to like or even love him. Lu Yao said, "Have you interrogated the three witnesses?" Chuseng replied, "Yes." Lu Yao asked Chuseng where their confession was, and Chuseng said they were at the police station. 

Back at the police station, Lu Yao reviewed the three bodyguards' statements, and while looking through them, he noticed some things were missing, and it was a sloppy report as well. Lu Yao said, "His two bodyguards and secretary witnessed his death at the same time?" Chuseng said," Precisely. One of the bodyguards said that he saw someone stab his boss with a knife from inside the mirror. Once they rushed inside, the murderer was already gone." Lu Yao rolled his eyes when he heard what Chuseng said, and then Lu Yao said, "Within a few seconds, the murderer had too little time to hide in here." Chuseng said, "Is it possible that the three guys colluded in devising a consistent story?" He looked at Lu Yao with curious eyes, but behind those eyes was an obsession, but not at an alarming level yet. Then Lu Yao said, "It's possible." Then, at that moment, Bai Youning entered Chuseng's office, and Chuseng said, "What brings you here?" 

She said, "It has nothing to do with you. You run the Concession Police Station?" Lu Yao tries to speak but then he looks at Chuseng and doesn't speak, Chuseng says, "What did you find?" Youning said, "Those two bodyguards owed a lot of gambling debts before, but they suddenly paid their debts off last month." Chuseng said, "The bodyguards are suspicious? But He Kun was also on the scene. He worked for Old Sixth Chen for over a dozen years, he has earned a lot of reputation for his loyalty. He Kun used to be a goon. Later, he got wounded and became lame. Old Sixth Chen kept him by his side as his secretary instead of driving him away. Anyone would remember this great kindness for a lifetime." 

Then Lu Yao said, "Is the autopsy report done? He was stabbed to death, wasn't he?" Chuseng rolls his eyes but still hands Lu Yao the autopsy report, he's a gentleman for the girls but that might change sooner or later, as Lu Yao looks at the report, he says, "This report is too sloppy! I need blood, urine, and tests for all indicators. You, go with me to revisit Nie's Mansion." Lu Yao pointed to the inspector, and Chuseng said, "Why?" Lu Yao said, "The murderer killed the victim at his house. As the householder, he should be investigated. Get the car ready now." Youining told Chuseng, shocked by Lu Yao's command, "Brother, why do you listen to him?" As Lu Yao leaves the room, Chuseng asks, "Do I have other choices?"

At Nie's Mansion, they saw the Doctor giving Mr. Nie medicine in his bed because Mr. Nie wasn't feeling well; once they arrived in Mr. Nie's bedroom, Chuseng said, "What's wrong?" Old Nie walked towards his bed, and the Doctor replied, "There's some nonsense in the newspaper. After reading it, Old Master Nie was furious that he had a heart attack and almost didn't survive." Chuseng then said, "What did it say?" The Doctor said, "It's about what happened between Old Master Nie and Old Sixth Chen in the past. Everything is groundless without any evidence." Lu Yao replied, "Any disputes between them?" The Doctor said, "There used to be a village at the site of this new mansion. He paid Old Sixth Chen for demolition and removal. Later, it's said someone died. The newspaper said it was retribution."  

Then Lu Yao said, "So..During the time, you were the first who got to the scene, right?" The Doctor said to Lu Yao, "Yes. The bodyguards were crying for help around the entire building. I was the first to get to the second floor. At that time, Old Sixth Chen was lying on the floor without a pulse. I pulled the knife out quickly, covered the wound, and pressed his chest. However, I failed to save his life." After the Doctor said that Chuseng and Lu Yao were looking at each other and were thinking about totally different things in their mind for Lu Yao, he was thinking about the case while Chuseng was thinking about how severe and cute when Lu Yao was asking questions.' Still, he's also considering how he can ask Lu Yao if he's gay or not. (Don't worry, Chuseng, he's gay, haha)  

Then Lu Yao spoke again, "Doctor. This watch you're wearing." The Doctor said, "Old Master Nie gave this to me." Lu Yao said, "Where did you study for medicine," The Doctor replied, "Harvard University." Lu Yao said, "Then, how's your income...to work as a family doctor?" The Doctor said, and when he spoke, Chuseng rolled his eyes at him, "Not bad. My salary is less than that of those in the big hospitals, but fortunately, I have more spare time." Chuseng's face wasn't impressed because Lu Yao's attention wasn't on him anymore, and then Lu Yao said, "Buddy, I also majored in medicine. Would you recommend some good career resources to me in the future?" 

After that, Chuseng and Lu Yao left the mansion; when they were on the front step, Lu Yao said to Chuseng, "Why does this family doctor have a costly watch? I don't even have such an expensive watch as a stock investment manager. I think you should arrest him; I'll bring his watch back for investigation." Then Chuseng said as they walked towards the car, "Would you concentrate on this job? I went everywhere with you, but you talked with that family doctor about a watch. Did you find anything?" Lu Yao said, "Yes. A question for you. Is there any profit from demolition and removal?" 

Chuseng said, "Depends on what demolition it was. There must be a little profit from this village, but this mansion is very valuable. The Germans designed it and supervised the construction. It's a top luxury mansion in Shanghai." Then Lu Yao said, "I need all of the information about the demolition and removal." Chuseng said, "But the village has been demolished. Where can I get the information for you?" Then Lu Yao spoke, "You're the inspector, aren't you? Why can't you even manage such a small task?" Chuseng was surprised that Lu Yao could be cheeky and sass, which he wouldn't admit to anyone, but he loved it when Lu Yao tried to challenge him or gave him an order. Chuseng didn't back down but grew a soft spot for that. 

Chuseng said, "Don't forget you're still a criminal suspect." The Lu Yao challenged him, "Fine, arrest me then. Arrest me, come on." Lu Yao put out his arms, waiting for the cuffs to see if Chuseng would arrest him. Chuseng tried to hide the smirk that was trying to form on his face from Lu Yao's challenge, but instead, he just sighed and gave him a small, firm smile.
