Fear is a four letter word and so is Inko

Ice flooded Hisashi's veins. This was a valuable pawn, and extremely valuable information. Greed flooded his senses as his interest grew to enormous proportion. He was planning on confronting All Might later down the long road of his life, however that meant stockpiling and planning now.

His current plan depended on absorption quirks, as he wanted to be able to take the brunt of All Might's attack. Currently, the hero's confidence is blowing up alongside his fame, as one would imagine if you could defeat most villains with ten punches or less.

Hisashi was about to respond when he saw Inko leave the counter and started to head over to where he was standing. Frowning, he realized that he'd manage to find himself in a predicament.

“Yeah, no shit! Don't stood up Auntie!”

On one hand, the absorption quirk has caught his interest and isn't planning on letting go, (he was already theorizing: How much can it absorb? Will he have to augment it? What's the best combination?) But he didn't want to leave Inko to watch the movie herself.

“Like father like son, I guess,” Toshinori spat out blood in shock at Kamikiri's statement.

Putting the doctor on mute for a second, he nervously scratched his cheek. "So Inko, I might have a slight problem."

Humming, she asked, "What is it dear?"

Hisashi waved his hands as he begun to go into a ramble. "Well apparently a huge issue came up and I'm needed in the office for the rest of the night, however I don't have to go in if you want, I could just go to work really early tomorrow or just go after the movie-"

“I say bullshit!”

Inko patted his hand. She smiled and laughed a little at his wild movements, a habit that he has that only appears when he's nervous. "Hisashi, it's okay! We can always rain check. Don't worry about it."

Sighing in relief, he kissed her on the forehead and hugged her goodbye. Exiting the theater, he unmuted the doctor and asked for the location of the quirk.

“SERIOUSLY?!”

“YOU CAN'T JUST DO THAT!”

Looking back on this, Hisashi realizes he should've just waited to test the quirk till the next day.

“YEAH YOU SHOULD HAVE!”

The second time he misses his date, Hisashi blames it on All Might. It was a bright and sunny weekend, he and Inko had spontaneously planned on a nice picnic date in the park. He hoped that it would've made up him leaving early on their movie date.

It would've been nice, had not he insisted on throwing one last punch at All Might. Hisashi swears to whatever cosmic force screwing him over that All Might has been the worst part of his long life.

The fight was drawing near an end with All Might losing steam to fight and him getting more slippery. He check his mental clock and was satisfied to see that he had enough time to get to the park early.

Hisashi smiled. He figures that he could afford one last line, then make his escape. "If it's this easy to tire you out, no wonder Nana fell so quickly!"

Sore spot much? He muses as the distraught and anguish wash over his face. Hisashi expected All Might to stay there in shock as he slipped away, but he should've known his new arch nemesis.

“Low blow, Uncle!”

With a feral yell, All Might leapt up to punch Hisashi's shoulder in. Dodging, he tried to disengage, but his words must've cut deeper than intended.
