Scarlett Rivers was a warrior

Scarlett Rivers was a warrior.

She made no use of the crimson blood on her hands, the sheer pain and terror on her victims' faces when she run her sword through them, or shoots them with arrows dipped in poison for an excruciating death. No, to Scarlett Rivers, those were never satisfactory.

She wanted to be a warrior known in history, striking fear through her enemies' beating, humane hearts and striking before anyone knew. Like riptide.

So anyone could imagine her shock when an oblivious boy with a sword and a sheepish smile manages to pull her plans to shit, even unknowingly.

Just like a riptide.
