𝕊ℙ𝔼ℂ𝕀𝔸𝕃 [Harry x reader]

-[80] First Task-

''Where had you guys been?'' Ron asked. 

''Tell you later.'' Hermione replied as I nodded. I then saw Cedric come out of the tent into the field. I then saw the Swedish short snout being put there, it guarding the golden egg. It was a close call, but Ced managed to distract the dragon by tranfiguring a rock into a puppy and taking the egg. We all cheered for him. I pretty much zoned out when Krum and Delacour got their eggs. Now It was Harry's turn. I was so nervous. Many cheered for him as he came into the field. I clapped along with the rest. Harry looked around and saw that the area was clear.

He was about to run for the egg but a tail hit the ground, barely missig him as I gasped. He dodged the Hungarian Horntail as it blew fire. The dragon kept attacking him as he barely missed every blow. I was on the edge of my seat everytime. At one point Harry was thrown off by the dragon as it stood protectively around the egg. I blew fire which startled the crowd. 

''YOUR WAND HARRY! YOUR WAND!'' I exclaimed as Harry nodded and pointed his wand to the air and chanted the accio spell. He waiting for a while and took shield behind a rock when the dragon blew fire.

I then saw a broomstick flying in the air towards the field as I sighed of relief. Harry got on the broom as he flew away from the fire.

 ''YES!'' I cheered with the others. Harry missed reaching the egg as he flew away. The dragon broke the chain off and followed the emerald eyed boy.

 ''Yes!''

 ''Well done dragon!'' The twins exclaimed beside me as I smacked them in the back of their heads. The dragon and the raven haired both took off towards the castle and everything went dead silent.

A few miutes later I saw a speck in the sky. As I examined it, I sighed in relief. 

''YES!'' I cheered as Harry flew in and grabbed the egg.

Time Skip

We were all assembled in the common room for Harry's win. Hermione and I in the crowd while Harry was in the center lifting his egg with pride. I cheered along with the other Gryffindors. 

''Yes. Harry!'' Fred exclaimed as he and George picked him up.

 ''Kew you wouldn't die, Harry.''

 ''Loose a leg''

 ''Or an arm.'' 

''Pack it in all together?'' George and Fred said alternating sentences.

 ''Never!'' They yelled in union as I cheered.

 ''SHUSH! Go on Harry. What the clue?'' Finnigan asked as he passed the egg to Harry. 

''Who wants me to open it?'' Harry asked as I chucked and the crowd said yes.

 ''D'yall want me to open it?'' Harry asked a little louder as the crowd responded with a loud yes. Harry opened the egg and a loud sceeching noises were heard. I covered my ears in pain as the sound was more horrible for me.

 ''SHUT THE DAMN THING!'' I yelled as Harry closed it.

 ''What the bloody hell was that?'' I heard a all-so-familiar voice say. We all turned the other direction to see Ron standing there. 

''Alright everyone, go back to your knitting. This is gonna be uncomfortable enough without all you nosy sods listening in.'' Fred said as I slapped his hand and went to sit with Hermione. 

''I recon you have to be barking mad to put your own name in the Goblet of Fire.'' Ron said approaching Harry as I chocked back my laughter. 

''Caught on, have you? Took you long enough.'' Harry asked. 

''I wasn't the only one who thought you'd done it. Everyone was saying it behind your back.'' Ron tried to reason.

 ''Brilliant. That makes me feel loads better.'' Harry replied sarcastically. Ron looked down guiltily. 

''Least I warned you about the dragons.'' He said.

 ''Hagrid warned me about the dragons.'' Harry said confused.

 ''No no no no, I did. No, don't you remember? I told Hermione and Y/N/N to tell you that Seamus told me that Parvati told Dean that Hagrid was looking for you. Seamus never actually told me anything, so it was--it was really me all along. I thought we'd...be alright, you know...after you'd figured that out.'' Ron said, guilt filled his voice.

 ''Who--? Who could possibly figure that out? That's completely mental.'' Harry said as I snorted, recieving a slap from Hermione. 

''Yeah. Isn't it? I suppose I was a bit distraught.''

Ron said as he chuckled. Harry gave an awkward smile. 

''Boys.'' Hermione whispered as I burst out laughing.

 ''Sorry not sorry. That was totally awkward. But i'm happy you guys made up.'' I said as we four group hugged.

All is well...for now...
