Let's Play - Kalin and Myles (slow updates)

- Elle's POV -

"She's over there" Kalin pointed to Kara.

I just looked at her and looked back at Kalin.

"Look I'm not going over there I'm sorry" I started walking away when I felt Kenzie pull me back next to her.

"Please for me?" She whined.

I just nodded and put on my cover up.
"Please try to not attack her" she chuckled as she held my hand and Kalin's in her other hand. We walked over to her.

"Kara meet my girlfriend, Kenzie" he said as he looked down at Kenzie.

"Yeah I know her already" she said fiddling with her fingers.

I was just on my phone scrolling through my Twitter feed.

"Sooooo" Kalin said breaking the silence "Elle's having a party later, you want to come?"

My eyes widened at Kalin, why would he do that. "Yeah sure you should come" I said resisting the urge to scream.

"No I really shouldn't" she replied looking at her feet.

"No you should! It's going to be so much fun! I'll have Kalin text you the details" I smiled and let go of Kenzie's hand and walked over to Myles and Tiffany. You know what they say, kill them with kindness.

"Yeo fam you wanna go shopping for outfits for later?" I asked Tiffany as Kenzie walked back without Kalin.

"I think you should be careful. She might have a thing for your man Elle" Kenzie said.
"Have you noticed how she's been looking at Myles? She obviously envys you and wants him." Tiff pointed at Myles whom was talking to Cam.

"I'll fuck a bitch up if she even thinks of anything. Y'all know me, I will murder her" I said as I started getting heated.

"Chillllllll, let's just wait and see what happens. You know we have your back for anything babe" Kenzie said as she tried to calm me down.

- Kara's POV -

"Kalin can you drive me to the laboratory?" I asked him

"Yeah hold on" he said as he walked over to Kenzie

I just looked at him as he walked over to her. I guess she didn't like the idea..

"Na, my ass taking her somewhere, you fucking say that but y'all probably hooking up" she was now screaming at him. "we were just getting better after your little hook-up, I'm actually trying to fucking forgive you" she walked away towards Elle and Tiffany. They all hugged her and made their way to their car, I'm guessing.

"Guess she really hasn't changed since high school, she's still the homie hopper she's always been" Tiffany gave me the dirtiest look ever "Bitch better watch her back if I know she's trying to get with Myles" Elle followed her remark

Kenzie just walked behind them shaking her head at me. She got in the car with them as they drove off.

"I don't think you should come with me" I told Kalin

"It's fine she'll get over it" he shrugged as he made his way to my car.

"I hope so...." I whispered as I got into the drivers seat.

I parked outside Stabile's laboratory and grabbed the box that contained the letter in it. I got out the car and made my way inside.

"Hi may I help you?" Some chick around her late 20's asked

"Yes I'm scheduled to see Stabile? He told me to just swing by" I smiled

"Okay...Go straight down this hallway and make a right and it should be your second door to your left!"

I thanked her and made my way to his office.

"Yeo stabile? Where ya at?" I walked into his office.. "Oh fuck I'm sorry, you should probably lock the door next time" I walked out quickly as I busted out laughing "he had his face between some chicks breast" I chuckled as I told Kalin what I just witnessed.

The girl quickly left the room, as she did the walk of shame. "Same old annoying Kara from high school... Come in" he said signaling into his office

"I'm not here so you can put your face between my breast." I bursted out laughing.

"If you're not gonna take this seriously you can go the door is right there" he pointed outside his door

"No I'm here for a serious matter. I need to know who's fingerprints these are" I slid the container to him. He put on his gloves and opened the box. "Let's go check who this is" he raised and eyebrow as he walked out and of course I followed him.

"The only way we'll be able to check who these fingerprints belong to, is by putting them into the police database, so it'll only show a match if they have a criminal record" he said opening the lab doors and setting the container down as he handed me latex gloves.

I just sighed, this person MUST have a criminal record if they kidnapped my best friend..

"Okay so I'm going to take this baby into the machine and it should give me a result" he walked over to the machine as he inserted the letter.

I was so nervous, I could feel the butterflies in my stomach..

And with that I finish this chapter , I changed the main character's name to "Kara" so yeah I'll change it later in the other chapters, anyways I'm going on vacation on Friday which means I'm gonna be on a plane for approximately 6 hours so I'm gonna write up the next chapter. I swear I will update more frequently now but it will be short chapters. Btw I'm about to release a new book soon maybe Thursday or Friday morning before I leave to the airport.
