Bionic Birthday Fail

"Leo, are you sure you're not mad? We've never been apart on your birthday."

"Oh, please! He'll have plenty of birthdays, but who knows if you'll ever win anything again." Adam said.

"Mum, go get your award." And as Leo said that I coughed. "Chocolate frosting!" as I was craving chocolate for the cake.

" I promise we will celebrate the following night." Tasha promised.

"Hey, why haven't we ever had a birthday party?" She asked Donald.

"Donald! You never celebrated their birthdays?" I was just surprised as Tasha.

"Of course I celebrated their birthdays. Remember when we-- When we went to the—" Donald stuttered. "Yeah, I never celebrated their birthdays."

"Did you also eat all the cookies before Santa came down the chimney?"

"What's Santa?" Bree asked and I facepalmed.

"Oh, come on!" Tasha looked at Donald as they walked away.

"And why would you give them cookies?" Donald shrugged.

"This is going to be the best birthday ever. The size of the party is equal to the size of the excuse. I'm gonna go work on my surprised face." He smiled and turned towards showing his surprised face.

"Hey, guys." I turned to them. "I have a feeling Tasha is actually getting a reward."

Chase shook his head at me. "Impossible." "Impossible?" I mumbled.

"Whoo-hoo! Leo's having a surprise party!"

"Adam, if Leo was having a surprise party, don't you think we'd be invited?" Chase told him.

" Yeah, you're right. Who does Tasha think she is not inviting us?" Adam said.

"No, guys I think Dawn is right. Tasha and Davenport really are going to an awards ceremony. This is horrible. Leo's gonna be so disappointed."

" Unless we throw him a surprise party and invite everyone from school." Chase smiled.

"Well, what do we know about throwing a surprise party?" Bree remarked.

"Uhh, hello you guys have me. Okay, so I was thinking we invite an awesome DJ. Mhmm, maybe DJ Sash. Leo loves him."

"Well, if it was me, I'd want a bouncy house, and a pinata. Wait- and a clown. No, wait-put the pinata on the clown, in the bouncy house, and hit everything at once. Candy's bound to come out of somewhere." "Good idea, Adam." I high-fived him as he smiled.

"Yes! Let's also invite Glitterhead! You know that internet star who sings her songs in sign language. You might have heard of her latest CD-- 'Talk to the hand.'" Bree suggested.

"No, no, no. Leo would want something cool at his party, like those sci-fi mutants from his favorite television show. Shark Man! And Flipper Boy!" Chase said and did an impression of a shark and jumped when he said flipper boy.

"That's your favorite TV show." Adam and I said simultaneously.

"It could be his also." He nodded towards us.

" Ugh, guys those are-" I paused looking at Chase "- cool but uh, this is Leo's party and-"

"Hey, Dawn how about, since Leo's a great brother we give him all four?"

"Whoo-hoo! Yeah! We're havin' a party! Leo's gonna be so surprised. I'm gonna go tell him." Adam screamed but I stopped him before he could leave. "Adam."

"Oh, right. Well, I'm going to go tell Leo he's not having a surprise party. That was close. He almost found out." Adam said and left. We gave each other a worried look and went to stop him.
