Todoroki's Little Sister

~ Chapter 31~

"Oh! She's sick. I told her not to play in the rain. Stubborn!" He huffed. I smiled knowing that wasn't the real reason given the smile he wore on his face.

"Hehe. You sound more upset that you didn't get to stay home with her."

"N,No..." I laughed.

"Naww Nobu-kun you miss your sisse~" I teased knowing full well he hates to admit just how much he loves her, cause she teases him for it.

"Ahh!! Todoroki! Be quiet!!" I laughed continuing to tease until we made it to class.

As soon as I opened the door I was greeted with my gloomy classmates. It ruined the mood Nobuo and I tried to lighten. I sighed walking to my seat.

"Why all the gloomy faces? Did something bad happened?" I asked trying to get my classmates and myself an answer.

"Not so much as something happened.." Aoi spoke up first.

"It's more like something will happen."

"Like sensei giving us a social test followed by a poetry quiz again?"  I joked.

"Please don't jinx that. I hate poems so much." Akira whined. I laughed

"Is it because you always get the lowest when it comes to poems?"

"If you want I can teach you." Naoki joined in.

"Noo! I'm fine I just really hate poem. Why are they worded like that? Sensei is out to get me if we get a poem to do today. " we all laughed as Akira kept pouting.

"Then it's a good thing it's not about poems then huh?" Sensei walked into the room?"

"Thank Kami!" Akira sighed wailing dramatically while kneeling on the ground. The class rupted into laughter at him.

This eased the tension from my classmates and friends.

"Akira off the ground!" We laughed more as Daiski pulled him up by his collar.

The bell rang and we all settled down switching up seats in random as we did for test since the principal ordered it. Not sure why though. We got handed our papers and as the second bell rang again we began.

I stretched finally finished with the my mini essay. Looking up I saw most of the others finished as well. I looked to sensei who motioned me up. Nodding I grabbed my papers and went to hand it in.

"Are you sure you're ready to hand it in? You still have ten minutes."

"I'm sure." Sensei smiled then sent me back to my seat.

Before the ten minutes were up everyone had finished and sensei told us we csn snack while in class until the bell actually rang for recess. She left to go do... I forgot what she said...

"Hey, so... Asami! I saw the U.A festival yesterday that was awesome!" Ichirou pipped up from next to Nobuko.

"Oh? Who do you think was the strongest?"

"Oh think that Kaminari was so cool! If he hadn't have lost he'd have definitely won!"

"No way dude! That Bakugou was so cool! He was like "I'm gonna win." And then he won!" I burst out laughing at Nobuo's imitation of Bakugou.

"If he heard how you think he sounded I'm not sure how he'd react but he'd definitely be happy that you acknowledged him."

"Honestly, I think your brother could have won also Todoroki-chan. If he had used his flames."

"You're right, but I still think-" I didn't get to finish.

Third pov

An explosion happened hitting all sides of the school, and in the middle floor no less. No one had noticed, because the bombs were planted in places the no one would reach and where no one would look. Four explosions occurred in succession sending everyone on the top floor falling into the middle floor as well as the ground floor.

The classes closest to the explosion felt the most impact on the second and first floors the most. The alarm sounded and the principal went into overdrive immediately. He clicked the speakers hoping they still worked.

"EVERYONE OUT OF THE SCHOOL NOW!! TRY AND SAVE AS MANY OF YOUR CLASSMATES AS YOU CAN AND GET OUT!!! TEACHERS ARE GOING TO BE WITH YOU ALL IN MOMENTS BUT DON'T WAIT FOR THEM!" He paused coughing a bit of blood and spitting it out, it made him aware of his punctured stomach. But did he care for himself? No.

His own kid and many others were in danger. He could worry for himself after.

"STUDENTS OF THE HIGHER CLASS IF YOU SEE ANYONE OF THE SAME CLASS PLEASE TEAM UP AND GET THE SMALLER ONES AWAY BEFORE THE BUILDING COLLAPSES!!! TEACHERS GET AS MANY OF OUR STUDENTS OUT NOWW!!" He roared and began to move.

He hit the emergency hero button even calling police and fire fighterers on the two phones in his possession that a teacher had left. He screamed down both phones upon the other side answering then discarded them as he ran through the halls.

He found a class room blocked by rubble, luckily he could climb over so he did and he found the sight devastating. The kids before him were ages five and six years old they were huddled together crying, covered in blood dust and grime. The floor above them had broken halfway covering half the class but the front remained intact hence everyone dragged their desks there and hid under them.

"Children!" He called out gaining attention as he climbed down the rubble.

"Come! We're getting out of here. Can you all move?" They wailed louder all of them running to their principal.

"Sensei!! Kara got crushed!"

"The triplets too!"

"Taiwan sensei too!! He was trying to save me!!" They wailed at the loss of their friends and teacher. And his heart clenched more.

Right..there is no guarantee that all my students will make it out alive. But I'll be dammed, if I don't get the surviving ones! Aoi gritted his teeth activating his quirk.

"Come. I am going to carry as many of you out as possible! Wait, can any of you fly?!"

"I can jump really high!" One yelled.

"Good! Hold onto someone and jump to the other side!" They nodded grabbing onto their closest classmates and jumping over the rubble. Aoi grew a bit more in size his shark features showing.

"Gather around children." Some climbed onto his back others got in his arms and he began to quickly climb over the rubble.

Two trips and everyone was out.

"Let's go." They walked down the halls exiting the building through one of the blown open classrooms, taking the surviving students in there too.
