In cue we're three growling stomachs roaring for hunger except the fourth. [Name] blinked as all of them had eyes on her, playing it off as being smart the Nara shook her head ❝ You actually listened to him? Man what a drag, this is definitely going to slow us down. All of you really are sheep ❞ People are meant to be wolves but in this life they were nothing but sheep following orders. [Name] was neither a sheep nor a wolf no— she was something much bigger of a threat. She was a hyena, feasting on remains, devouring everything she could on sight.
Sakura frowned, ❝ wait— there's four of us! How come there's only two bells? ❞ Kakashi gave his usual closed eye smile keeping up his friendly aura ❝ well that's because at least two of you will end up tied to the tree stump and ultimately be disqualified for failing to keep the mission. Those two go back to the academy but than again all four of you can flunk out too. You can use any weapons including shuriken if your not prepared to kill me you won't be able to take the bells ❞
The atmosphere had gotten cold, the tension was clear amongst the four students. Kakashi held up the bells in a mocking way. ❝ Those weapons are too dangerous sensei! ❞ Sakura lashed out, he was barley able to dodge Narutos prank, what makes him think he'll be able to dodge such menacing weapons. ❝Especially since you couldn't even dodge that eraser! ❞ Naruto added on to Sakuras comment. ❝ Class clowns are usually the weakest link, you can safely ignore them. Lowest scores— losers. When I say start you can begin❞
That seemed to get Narutos attention. Honestly was everyone so gullible here? Couldn't they see he was riling them up? Naruto let out a scream as he lunged for Kakashi, kunai in his hand. In an instant the tables were turned on him, kakashi pointed the kunai at the back of his cranium ❝ Dont be in such a hurry, I didn't say start yet. But you came at me with full intention of killing me so— how can I say this? I'm actually starting to like you guys. Get ready and— start! ❞
[Name] frowned, ❝ you're such a drag you know that? ❞ Kakashi titled his head giving his famous closed eyed smile. Huffing and puffing, her figure sunk down into the shadows ignoring the absurd look kakashi was giving her. Appearing in a different spot, [Name] had laid down on the tree branch, she had a clear view point of the clearing. Her chakra had completely disappeared, as someone who lived their past life without chakra she could completely stop the chakra network in her.
She snorted as she watched the infamous 'Leaf village secret jutsu; thousand years of death ' her nose crinkled in disgust, wasn't that sexual assault? Her [e/c] eyes narrowed at the amount of shadow clones racing towards kakashi. As much as she wanted to learn such a useful jutsu she couldn't bare the risk of losing focus on her seal.
Hoping down from her spot, she headed over to an upside down Naruto hanging from a tree branch. ❝ Naruto only you would be fooled by a lame trap like this— ❞ Naruto scowled, ❝ hey! Get me down from here [Name]!❞ he trashed against the hold, waving his flimsy arms. She pondered in thought, she had a guess as to what he would say to her if she were to ask him for help. But asking doesn't hurt anybody ❝ What a troublesome teammate, I'll help you in return you agree to team up with me and go after Kakashi— he's a well known jounin and by far stronger than us❞
She had to reason with him, to persuade his mind but in end Naruto is a stubborn mule ❝No way! I'm going to be Hokage, I'll have to do this alone. Don't worry [Name] I'll get a bell for you too! Hurry up and unite me so I can beat that bastard to the ground ❞ Such foul words for someone so young, scoffing the Nara shook her head. She bidded him a goodbye leaving him suffer alone. Why should she help him if he wouldn't help her in return?
A loud piercing shriek ran along to the forest forcing [Name] to halt. Her eyes narrowed, it seemed like Kakashi had already gotten Sakura which means Sasuke would be next. Going with her gut instinct she headed toward the right side of the forest, being wary of her surroundings. For all she knows Kakashi was tailing her instead of Sasuke. Haste following in her footsteps she came across a buried Sasuke with his head poking out of the ground.
With his pride taking a drastic hit, Sasuke couldn't help but feel embarrassed in his situation. He was suppose to be the strongest and yet here he was buried in the ground. Teeth gritted against each other he mumbled out the words ❝ Hurry up and get me out of here ❞ squirming against the ground, he let out a defeated huff. [Name] couldn't help but feel amused by the situation, here she was standing in front of a future ruthless killer that would go on a road of hatred and self loathing.
❝ I'll help you get out of there—in return you team up with me and formulate a plan against kakashi ❞ By now she knew what his answer would be, but she didn't want Kakashi to think less of her like the rest of her peers. Sasuke scoffed ❝ As if, I almost got a bell; you'll be a hinderance to me ❞ he spoke snobbishly, nose turned up in disgust as if the mere thought of working with someone was below him and yet here he was asking for her. Cocking her head to the side, eyebrow perked up as she stared down at him ❝ And yet here you are asking for help. You almost got the bell but you didn't— it's either you did or didn't ❞
