Chapter 52: Lost Angel

"Minhyuk, your handsome secretary, remember?" He said and smile shyly.

Oh! Did I forgot I have a handsome secretary as he? "Ahh..yeah! How am I suppose to forget that!" I lied.

"Good to hear that Madam. I'm happy you're back after a year leave of absence." He said then I gape at him.

Did Jung Suk made out a story for everyone? Oh well, that's good! He do his work well.

"Ah! Y-Yeah...I think I made too much absence, and so I came back for good!" I said and he smiled and nodded in response.

"Oh! This way please. Mr. Lee is waiting for you." He said and lead the way.

"Good morning Babe!" Jung Suk greeted me as I get in. I roll my eyes at his words.

"That's gross oppa." I commented and he just laugh at that. Really, I almost fall for that when he first introduce himself as my ex-boyfriend rather than my cousin.

"Just kidding. I'm sure if your husband is here he' surely kill me with looks." He continue to chuckle.

"Well, that's Sehun! It's not Sehun if it's not rude." I said and slump myself on the chair across his.

"Yeah! He really do. Well, enough with that. We must talk about the business now. I talk to your dad about you.."

"You what?" I exclaimed surprised.

"Hey! About the business and your role, not about what happened to you." He corrected and I sighed in relief.

Actually at first he insisted that I must tell it to my parents but I beg him not to because it will just worsen the case and thankfully he didn't.

"Well, I think your hell day starts today since more paper works loaded up your table." He pointed the room across his which is my office, and yes, more folders were piled up like a twin tower there.

I rub my temples and sighed heavily at that. I guess I'm gonna squeeze everything I have just to finish those.

Its 3:00 o'clock in the afternoon. I am still at the office reading the documents that will be presented the next day.

It's been a tough day but then I'm lucky that my cousin and secretary were there to help me work it out.

My phone vibrated and I pick it up to answer. "Hey mahal!"

"Hello mahal. How was your day?" It's Sehun.

I sighed heavily before answering. "Loaded! But I beat it anyway. How about you?"

"Same here. By the way, Lay called me and ask me if we could drop by at his office at 4. The results of your medical tests came out and he wants to talk to you about it." He stated.

"Oh! Is that so? Then I will be out at 3:30 then. Will you pick me up?" I asked.

"I'm sorry I can't I have a scedule of meeting with dad's secretary from Busan. He can't make it here so he ask his secretary to discuss everything with me later at 4. Will 5 pm be okay?" He apologized.

"No, no, no! That will be fine. You must prioritize that one. It's your first day, remember? I will be fine alone. Don't worry, I'll be home right away after meeting Lay." I said.

"Are you sure? I can call hyung and reschedule it. I think it will be better if we're together." He recommend.

"No please. I will be fine mahal. We'll just talk about it at home. Don't worry. I'll be fine." I insisted.
