Party Planning For Dummies

Start from the beginning

Dream got up out of his bed and paced around his room for a few moments before looking at the clock, which read 2:49. Dream groaned and left his room, going to the kitchen for a snack. He returned to his room a few minutes later, picking up his phone.

He had a text from George. Upon opening the notification, he was met with a picture of the beautiful idiot smiling and giving a thumbs up to the camera. He was at the airport. He captioned the picture with; "About to head onto the plane, see you in 9 hours"

Dream stared at the picture for a solid minute before responding with a simple "can't wait"

Dream dropped his phone onto his bed. Seeing that picture flipped some sort of switch in his head that made him realize how real things were getting. Dream started pacing at a much faster pace around his room. He paced for a good 20 minutes before being scared half to death by knocking at his door. Once Dream walked over and opened it, Sapnap stood there, looking angry.

"You've been walking for like.. hours. I'm trying to sleep. Please just go take a walk or something. Spare our floors." Sapnap rubbed his head before wandering off down the hall again back to his room.

"Sorry-" Dream paused for a moment before just putting some shoes and a hoodie on and leaving the house.

Dream was out, wandering his neighborhood for about an hour before he finally got his energy out and he made his way back home to his bed, where he ultimately collapsed and fell unconscious.

Hours later, Dream was shaken awake by Sapnap.

"Hey. It's almost two. You getting up?" He laughed, watching as Dream, still exhausted, sat up.

"I guess going out for a walk did work.." Dream stretched a bit, looking around his room. "I need to clean in here before George gets here-"

"No. You don't. You need to eat and probably shower." Sapnap stood up straight. "I'm gonna go get some food. You want something?"

"Oh uh.. Alright. Just surprise me." Dream stood, looking around his room for a moment, thinking about what he was gonna clean first.

"Alright. I'll be back in a bit then." Sapnap disappeared further into the house. "And no cleaning!"

Once the front door opened and closed, Dream of course started cleaning. He ended up just cleaning off his desk and straightening some of his things, like his shelves and his bed.

After Sapnap finally got home around three with some pizza, and by then, Dream was pretty much finished tidying up his room. As Dream sat down to eat, Sapnap looked over at him with a serious expression.

"You're gonna be okay, right?" Sapnap sat across from Dream, getting some pizza for himself. "If you really don't feel comfortable getting him yourself, I can let Quackity know and we can just do that steam another time."

Dream took a deep breath. "No, I'll be okay.. It's a hurdle I need to overcome. I'll call you if I need anything though okay?"

Sapnap just nodded while the two of them ate silently. They watched a movie until about Four when Sapnap left to start streaming, and Dream left to shower.

Eventually, Five rolled around and Dream was just waiting for the text from George letting him know he's landed okay. Dream paced around the living room, examining different rooms of the house while checking his phone every few seconds.

Eventually, Dream's phone buzzed and he looked at it immediately.

"Hey, just landed :)"

Dream walked quickly out the door to his car. The Drive to the airport was the most tense 15 minutes of his life. He played some music in an attempt to calm his nerves, which helped until he saw the airport in the distance. After finding a parking spot, he wandered in, trying to find where he could meet George. His heart was beating louder than ever before and his hands were shaking. Dream ended up finding the baggage claim area, and waited there. Dream looked around frantically for any sign of the British man, but seeing none. He was here, but this place was so crowded. Dream began to feel himself panicking more and more, just trying to find a bench to sit down at. Eventually finding a bench near the wall to sit and catch his breath. After taking a few moments to breathe and calm down, he stood and began searching again. He scanned each baggage claim aisle, carefully scanning the faces of every person he could.

He scanned until his eyes fell upon a man waiting for his bag to come out of the conveyor belt. There he was. A smile creeped across Dream's face as he began to walk over. Dream tapped on the unsuspecting british man's shoulder, who looked up at Dream.

"Hello sir, can I get your autograph? I like your streams." Dream laughed at his poor attempt at an introduction.

George looked confused for a moment before something clicked in his mind. "...Dream?"

"Who else would it be?"
