Duh, I liked him.

"Duh Kelly, you know that so wh-.."

"So talk to the man.." She cut me off.

"It's easier said than done Kelly." I rolled my eyes slightly looking away. not at her but at the thought.

"How? what you got to lose? at least he'll never be able to say he never knew how you felt.."

"So you want me to just pour my heart out to this man. and if he rejects me that's cool too? yeah, how about no. I'm not with that. I don't want to give him that type of satisfaction over me."

"But how do you know he's going to reject you?.." she asked

"I don't!" i said chuckling uneasily. "That's the thing, the fear is in not knowing!!"

We both were quiet for a second, then we seen Jay and Ty walking from around the corner to the car, laughing and talking.

"Talk to him!" Kels whispered to me one last quick time before they got to the car. I just rolled my eyes.

"What the hell is so funny?" Kels asked them like she was offended they were even laughing.

I just looked on, curious to know my self.

"Nothing babe, let's go.." Ty said chuckling, walking to the drivers side.

Kels mouth fell open and looked at him like he lost his mind, she looked at me sarcastically and for clarity to see if he really just ignored her. I laughed, she was to much.

"Go? go where? we just got here, and don't act like you didn't just hear me ask you what the hell was so funny!" she dang near yelled.

I just laughed and got in the car, and so did Jay.

"Babe you wouldn't get it aight." He shook his head and chuckled lightly at her shenanigans. "And we're leaving because they're to overpriced and it look wack anyway. I ain't paying for that shit" Ty started the car, and she just smacked her lips, slammed the door and folded her arms back into the seat.

"Yo look, you tryna call it a night or what?" Ty said more sternly to her. she must've knew he was serious cause she looked at him apologetically.

"No, it's jus-.." she started

"Aight then, chill. fuckin up my doors, slamming and shit."

He backed up out the drive way and started driving, Kels had a little attitude the whole ride, Ty set her straight cause she ain't complain no more.

Me and Jay was in the back chuckling, they had us cracking up.

It was damn near 11 o'clock, we drove to downtown Houston and decided to hit up a bar. the hoodlums was out tonight, I hated crowded places but I wasn't even tripping that hard.

Me and Jay was getting a little more comfortable saying lil stuff to eachother, not really formal but nice and cordial. I was still nervous around him.

We got inside the bar, and Ty and Jay found us a table. Kels was still in her little mood, and I can tell it was starting to piss Ty off. I understood. she was in her feelings for no reason. so I took it upon myself to take her to the restroom and try to cheer her ass up.

"Can you lighten up please?!" I asked her, she was even starting to bring my mood down.

She smacked her lips. "Man I don't even want to be here no more."

I rolled my eyes, she was doing to much.

"Kelly what's wrong with you? you're usually the life of the party." I asked her a lil more calmly then how I wanted to ask in my head.
