Honestly, I still don't like this lmfao, even after rewriting it. I think it might be bad due to the clichés, like the nightmare and things. But younger me wrote it so therefore I must rewrite it. Even the naaaaaame thoughhhh.

Sitting in the kitchen, on top of those marble counters, you glanced around, watching Sanji work away. His hands almost seemed like they were dancing as they glided across utensils and working their elegant magic. The food sizzling away as it cooked on, the delicious smell enticing you. Your eyes now landing on Sanji's face, those lips of his were curling into a smirk and his hand pushed his hair back, his eyes fixated on his work.
Tearing your eyes away from the blonde, trying not to admire the man so much. Not that you could help it, you had often found yourself staring when he simply spoke, worked, even breathed. This mad has a hold on your heart that you can't break even if you wanted to, and you've wanted to. Yet this man has a specialty to hurt your heart more than anyone else. Every time he kisses the hand of another woman, whispers sweet little nothings into someone else's ear, devotes his attention to someone else more important. Now, you couldn't exactly blame the man, he was single, and he wasn't yours. Nevertheless, this man unknowingly has your heart in the palm of his hands, and yet his actions are like his nails digging in and piercing.
It was early in the morning, the light sounds of birds singing and the waves were still. The others had yet to awaken, usually making it the absolute perfect timing for Sanji to get ahead and make breakfast, as well as plan out the lunches and dinners for the day. You had just happened to get up at the perfect timing. Interrupting your thoughts, Sanji was tapping his finger against your leg, purposely grabbing your attention. "You were staring [Name]-chan. Not that I would like to complain." Sanji joked, patting your leg once more before continuing on with his magic show. "Is everything okay?"
Smiling sweetly, you nodded your head, your cheeks flushing. "Of course, Sanji." You chirped. Your fingers gripping onto the counters, as if to ground yourself to where you are. Constantly reminding yourself to calm down, as well as chill out. Tapping your fingers against the counter, like you were creating a little melody to yourself. Sanji glancing at you from the corner of his eye, he snickered. Looking up at him, you felt warm inside, your cheeks warming up once more.
"What?" You questioned.
Sanji simply shook his head, lifting a fork to your mouth, asking you to test his food for him, trusting your instincts. Parting your lips, you lean forward and gently ate the food off the fork. Covering your mouth with your hand, your eyes practically lit up as you smiled. It tasted delicious! It was so sweet yet so savoury, and the flavour just burst in your mouth. Grinning at your expression, Sanji looked so proud. "What do think?" He asked, his hands at either side of you gripping at the counter, awaiting on your response.
"It's delicious, as expected of you, Sanji." You spoke, tell the honest truth. You loved it. Reaching over with the fork, trying to steal another bit, Sanji gripped your wrist, to which you looked back at him with sad eyes. "Not just one more bite?"
"Nope, you can get some soon." He laughed. Noticing your pouting, Sanji smiled, snickering once more.
"What's with the laughing?"
"You're just too cute, [Name]-chan."
Pulling back, your face entirely flushed red, not able to think of any words to respond with. Pulling up the top of your shirt, you hid your face under it, glaring at Sanji, who stood back in amazement, watching all your little movements like they were the most Amazing thing to him. You both had fallen into silence, Sanji still watching your movements, and it was now getting uncomfortable being under his gaze for so long. Waving your hand, you tried to dismiss him.
