A few minutes later, I was chilling outside with Alex and we were just talking.
"So, you decided to get your nose pierced?" He asked, laughing.
"Yep." I replied. Then, Mike came outside.
"Yo, Ron's staying home with Sam tonight." Mike told Alex.
"That's weird, she was clearly texting that kid, Arvin." Alex replied.
"Right. At least you recognize that it's wrong. Unlike others...." Mike remarked. I glared at him.
"If you have something to say about me, say it to my face. Don't make snide comments." I said, not looking at him.
"I didn't say anybody's name." Mike said nonchalant.
"Grow up, Mike, seriously." I told him.
"'Grow up?' Why are you defending her texting another dude?" Mike asked rudely.
"Because they were broken up." I stated.
"And they were broken up in Miami too." Alex said. Mike nodded in agreement.
"Yes, but he kept going back to bed with her." I said.
"You're sticking up for that sneaky bitch." Mike said under his breath.
"Shut up, Mike! You're getting involved in their relationship because you still can't let go of the fact that she chose Ron over you last summer." I remarked.
"Oh, don't even go there." Mike said. I rolled my eyes.
"Maybe you're doing the same thing, that's why you're defending her! You're probably doing the same thing to my boy, Pauly." Mike accused.
"Chill out." Alex told him.
"This is exactly what I'm talking about! You're always stirring shit up!" I said in annoyance.
"You're just as shady as her and that's that." Mike said Before I could respond, the door slid open.
