"I'm glad, and I can tell he's very fond of you as well. I'm glad you're alright Kwared, I was worried," She hummed, Kwared nodding quickly.
"You too, I'm so happy you guys are alright, I'm sorry I didn't come back to help," Kwared explained, Honoya setting a hand on his shoulder. She was so kind, Kwared feeling his stomach twist. He missed them all so much, and he was barely processing the fact that they were all back, and they were okay.
"We all understood dear, trust me it's alright. We're all here now," She explained, Kwared sniffling slightly, Honoyas grip on his shoulder moving to brush over his hair. Kwared paused, the familiar movement from the facility. Honoya was older than them, and would always pet the younger quadrants with ears like his when they were upset, he guessed she just knew it'd help, like a motherly instinct.
Kwared glanced ahead before letting his ears flatten, Honoya smiling once she felt him press against her hand like he did before.
"You haven't changed a bit," She laughed, Kwared ignoring the statement with a red face, pointing ahead. He wasn't as young as he used to be, being pet like this was embarrassing.
"We're almost there, just that building ahead," He hummed, Honoya pulling her hand back seeing Kwared stumble slightly when she stopped. He almost looked upset, straightening his posture when the others turned.
"Alrighty, I haven't seen the others in quite a bit," Honoya nodded, Titcher running over to her and grasping the arm of the shirt that the hospital supplied them.
"You're leading again, just like the other plan," He said, Listi'qu following and nodding. Honoya nodded, Kertia turning to her with a smile. He missed her alot as well, she was like a mother to alot of them. Kwared moved ahead again to walk alongside Phandrin. Phandrin looked at him for a moment, Kwared glancing back.
"Everything okay? You're a bit red," Phandrin smiled, Kwared nodding quickly as he adjusted his hair to cover his face more, Phandrin pausing.
"Don't do that, you're eyes are lovely, and it must be hard to see," Phandrin hummed, brushing Kwareds hair back. He stopped, allowing the group to head forwards a bit further with Kertia.
Kwared paused, allowing Phandrin to move his hair out of his face, watching the boy pull out a hair clip. He felt Phandrin clip his bangs back, Kwared seeing him fully now. Phandrin smiled at him, his hand brushing away the few strands over his face.
"I never noticed this," Phandrin quieted, his fingers dipping down, a large white scar fading into Kwareds hairline. He barely recalled Darvin saying something about it. Kwared hesitated, Phandrins hand stopping at his hairline.
"Does it hurt? Do you cover it?" Phandrin asked, Kwared wrapping a hand around the boys free hand lightly, glancing at the group ahead of them.
"No, but I do cover it. But we're just going to see some old friends," Kwared paused, pressing a kiss on Phandrins hand lightly, Phandrin nodding.
"I'll be fine, and it's worth it if I can see how lovely you are- this clearly," Kwared smirked, Phandrin raising his eyebrows with a smile, tightening his grip around Kwareds hand. Kwareds smirk faltered when Phandrin pulled him closer, Phandrins smile turning into more of a smirk now instead.
"I'm surprised you can say it to my face. You were trying to be pretty quiet talking to Honoya a few moments ago," Phandrin quieted, Kwareds eyes widening, his ears pressing down.
"Eavesdropper-" Kwared hissed, Phandrin hummed, pressing a kiss on his mouth.
"If anything love, I don't deserve you, and you're very pretty too," Phandrin smiled, Kwareds face reddening as he paused, his eyebrows furrowing, setting a hand on Phandrins jaw.
"I did mean it, everything I said, I'm just too nervous to say it to you," Kwared quieted, keeping his gaze on his hand that sat on the boys jaw, rather than on his face. Phandrin glanced at the group for a moment before looking back to Kwared.
"Let's talk about this after, I really want to continue this conversation, alright?" Phandrin assured, Kwared nodding, smiling at him again and turning towards the group.
"I do too, I'm kind of glad you over heard," Kwared shrugged, Phandrin following as they caught back up to the group. Honoya caught glance with Kwared, smiling slightly.
"Wow Kwared, You look sick with your hair tied back like that," Kertia said, Kwareds eyes widening slightly. Sverve nodded beside Kertia, his tendrils floating around lightly, a different shade of red than before. "The colors are dope," Sverve added.
"Thanks- its just for now," He shrugged, Kertia nodding. Kwared felt Phandrin squeeze his hand lightly, humming.
"Alright, the others are just inside, lets go,"
