"hyung.." the younger boy cooed silently, yet being audible enough for the older to restrain against his slumber, "wake up.."

huffing his breath, the blonde clicked his tongue and tightened the grip around the brunettes waist, pulling their bodies impossibly closer as he pressed him against his chest. sniffing in the vanilla essence of the brunettes shampoo, it didn't help the necessary of pulling him out of sleep. instead it aroused him more of the idea of the brunettes warmth, cuddling him into a peaceful yet addictive state.

felix let the older cling to him, as he himself had no intentions of slipping out his embrace. especially not this morning, since the thoughts had allowed a discreet assumption on himself.

but before he could confirm it himself, he brought his head to raise slightly away from the blonde's chest, enough to stop the vibrations of heating his heartbeat.

"hyung.."

humming softly, the blonde perceived his call, still being the state of intoxicating himself with the brunette.

"are you..gay?"

felix asked, honestly wanting an answer from the blonde himself. up until now, he realized that he'd been making assumptions about the blonde, without taking his ownership of affirmation. so now, if chan said he wasn't, yet sleeping with men, it would mean felix was straight too right?

humming subconsciously again, the blonde agreed to his statement, pushing the brunettes head to lean against his chest again.

as felix heard his heartbeat tune into his hearing, he felt a clash of emotions splicing his thoughts. though it wasn't in favor of the returning migraine, he assumed it was best he shouldn't be overthinking it.

sighing, he traced imaginary shapes against the blonde's chest, later admitting something that he wouldn't have accepted if he would've still had seoul-hee with him;

"i..i think i am too.."

brushing through his caramel highlighted locks, his cherub cheeks were damped with the slightest dryness of powder to feign the blush on his cheeks.

while standing upfront of his vanity, he readied himself with the slightest amount of makeup, in hopes he'd be appealing enough for his first stable paying job.

busking wasn't exactly unstable, or not professional enough, no that wasn't the case. however, there were days where he wouldn't get paid at all, or perhaps it be the weather or crowd on the street he'd be desired to sing on. that wasn't it either, but the disadvantages of his irregular workplace, also meant he'd receive a lot of catcalls as well. they'd throw in comments that brought himself down, or sometimes even threatened to not make a scene. because according to them, busking wasn't a real job.

but now, he'd finally proved wrong to them. he wasn't busking- no, he was doing something worth way more. he'd gone out and held numerous interviews, comprising of him singing his heart out in hopes any of the clubs or cafes would let him perform. and to his luck, he'd gotten accepted in quite a few.

so with his boyfriends admiration and encouragement, he'd finally have to stop imagining what it would be like on stage, because now it was his reality.

speaking of his source of motivation and positivity, his eyes fell on the figure now accompanying his erect image. his boyfriend, leaning against the door frame as he examined him from head to toe. it made a brighter shade of red flush to his cheeks, the makeup just enhancing more on his blush.
