Chapter 14 - Morning Wood (R18+)

"Yes. I was thinking of going to my college today for once. The term must have begun a while ago, so I need to attend at least now." I fixed my clothes too and brought out my towel and change of clothes to take a bath.

"Alright. Take care then. And! Remember to come back home on time. If I don't find you at home by the time I return, then I will attack you again in the morning!" Isla gave me a very cheeky smile while making a clawing motion with her palm. She then turned and left the room.

The tenant was still in her room, so I locked my own room and placed the room's key in the kitchen area before I went out of the house.

A sunny and warm morning. The sun was shining so brightly that it was very hard to tell that it was still spring time. The rush-hour for traffic was long over and the streets were pretty deserted, except for a few ladies doing some morning walk while taking out their dogs.

I remember that the Bus Stop should be very close to Celesta's place. Yeah, no point in waiting for any ride. Let's try taking a bus today.

It takes 40 minutes by car to arrive at my new college. But, the Bus might take around an hour I think. I hummed a melody from an old song as I walked my way to the Bus Stop.

As I got off from the Bus, I was already at the University Bus Stop near it's Gate 1. While walking towards the Campus gates there were some things that were still bothering my mind.

"Umm, excuse me? I am here to get my schedule of lectures. I recently enrolled as a lateral-entry." I spoke to him timidly as I didn't want to act weirdly.

"Hmm? Show me your ID please." The guy looked at me from behind the desk and asked me for the ID card.

"Yes. Here." I reached into my purse and fished out my ID card, presenting it to him quickly.

"Wait a minute. Uh oh, seems like you are in some trouble. Your student profile has been suspended due to attendance issues." The guy's brows creased as he smiled towards me awkwardly.

"E-Eh? What should I do then?!" I really panicked at that time, since this was the first time that something like this happened to me.

"Relax. Just write an application and submit it to the registrar along with a Hospital's medical certificate." The guy just waved his hands in amusement as he told me the way to get it cleared.

"I-I see. But, can I still get my lecture schedule and other necessary things today?" I couldn't help but hope that I could somehow sneak my way into the lectures today.

"I am sorry, but according to the rules, I cannot give them unless you have been cleared by the authorities. Good luck." The man smiled a bit as he resumed his previous work, as I was left to my own devices.

"R-Right... Hah...." I couldn't help but sigh in defeat and worry as I walked away from the reception area.

Looks like I won't be beginning my college days today. Medical Certificate... I know! Sis Lin would surely help me get one. She did give me a card too. Let's try calling her!
