Emma: In that case, let's do this, before I chicken out!
Sammie: Sounds like a plan!
Soon, at Brian's house, Emma pulls up into the parking lot full of cars, before exiting with Sammie.
Sammie: I guess this is the place.
Emma: I always wonder why Brian was so popular. This house kind of explains it.
Sammie and Emma enter Brian's house as almost two hundred of Brian's closest friends pack the mansion, either drinking, dancing and hanging out in the pool by the backyard pool.
Brian: Hello, there! Welcome to my-
Brian settles his glare on Sammie and Emma.
Brian: Whoa whoa! I know you two losers weren't invited.
Michael notices the conflict and walks over to Brian.
Michael: Everything okay here?
Brian: Just trying to keep the rabble out.
Michael: Oh I think you're mistaken, friend. These two are with me. I told them they could come. You wouldn't have a problem with that, would you?
Brian: As a matter of fact-
Michael: I mean unless you want something to happen to your very expensive sound system.
Michael nods to the stereo and large speakers nearby, causing Brian to panic.
Brian: Whoa whoa! Dude! Chill! No need to do anything crazy! Jeez!
Brian clears his throat and turns to Sammie and Emma.
Brian: Come on in....I didn't realize you all were friends.
Sammie: How nice of you.
Sammie and Emma brush past Brian, who briefly vents. The two then turn towards Michael.
Sammie: Thanks Michael. I owe you one.
Michael: Whatever....I just like to keep our exalted quarterback on his toes.
Sammie: Or maybe you just hate to admit you care about other people.
Michael: Don't make me regret getting you in. Now, get out of my hair and go mingle.
Michael departs while Sammie and Emma check out the party. Meanwhile, Maria is hustling around the room, writing down notes in a small notepad.
Maria: Hmm....people seem to be reacting positively to the decorations here. Now how to include that to homecoming I wonder.
Maria spots Sammie and Emma making her way to the two.
Maria: Sammie! Emma!
Sammie and Emma turn towards Maria.
Maria: I need your first impressions on this party.
Emma: Why?
Maria: For the good of homecoming, of course!
Sammie: So far, I'd have to say this is the greatest party ever!
Maria: How come?
Sammie: Well It has anything! It's got cool people, music, food and even a pool outside! And not to mention, Brian did a great job with the decorations.
Maria: Hmmmm....I see. Thank you Sammie! You've helped shaped the feature of homecoming for the better.
Maria writes Sammie and Emma's feedback into her notepad before rushing off to the next group of students. Sammie and Emma look around to take in most of the scene as Aiden, Ezra and the other musicians are dancing nearby.
