"Alright, but not too much Min!" Jisung screamed from further away, Minho sending him a glare.
Laughing it off, he went back to talking with the others, waiting for the match to begin.
When the whistle blew, Felix didn't waste the time and lunged himself at the taller, directly aiming a kick to his head as Minho dodged easily, throwing a kick with his opposite leg to Felix's sides. Only, after receiving the kick, he elbowed Minho in his upper back, before turning him around and punching him in the face. Upset he received a punch, Minho punched back before taking Felix close to him and hitting his stomach with his knee.
Gasps were heard in the audience as Felix didn't seem fazed my it one bit, the boy standing up on his feet and turning to Kick Minho, only for the latter to dodge and pull on his leg making him fall on his butt before he brought a foot to his chest. he didn't want to ACTUALLY hurt him so he didn't apply much pressure, but it was enough to keep him down.
Both were already out of breath, and it was only the first point. Who knew how long this could take...
From the side, the three boys were watching wide eyes, studying the two's every moves as they stood up, streching a bit. Chan was taking notes for new training programs, Changbin simply watching arms crossed all while Jisung was silently rooting for Minho, slightly worried about the hit he received in the back earlier.
Minho was rolling his shoulders back and wincing each time, indicating to Han that it was slightly hurting, but surely it wasn't anything Minho wasn't used to at this point.
When the whistle blew, Minho automatically slid next to Felix and hit the back of his knees, making him loose balance as Minho pushed him to the ground. Scoffing, Felix lifted himself up with his arms so his legs kicked the air, landing on the dark haired shoulders to this time knock him down. Somehow, the oldest managed to turn the situation to his favor, using his legs and thighs to flip them around and bringing his elbow down his back firmly.
That gave Minho his second point, and afterwards a third one as he won the first round.
Both males stepped out of the ring for a two minutes break, Minho taking his water bottle and drying his sweat with his shirt.
"By the way Sung, why'd you give up?"
"What do you mean?" He looked confused.
"Come on Han, I've known you for at least three years and that over there wasn't the best of you... so why'd you give up?" Chan continued.
"I didn't."
"Well, you clearly did because other wise you probably would have won your match against Minho, I know he has more leg strength than any of us, but when it comes to experience you are in the lead. So I'm asking you again, why'd you give up?"
Sighing, Jisung wondered how Chan noticed so quickly about it, but again, he was the leader of their team and knew them really well.
He looked over to Minho, giving an hesitation look before turning back to Chan.
Minho's attention was brought to this, as he looked over at listened more closely to what was being said.
"I know it means a lot to him, this competition I mean, it's been a while since he's done one and I felt the need to send him to the finals. He means a lot to me and I know how much he would've been disappointed if he didn't make it trough and I didn't want to be the one to restrain him from that. I'm sorry Chan, it won't happen in missions I swear, but I know this means lots to him."
Minho put his water bottle down and stepped back into the ring, stretching as he thought about what he just heard. His heart clenched, hands becoming sweaty as he grew disappointed and frustrated.
