Before I could think any further, the gates opened. I ran in while everyone else waited.

"THAT'S CHEATING!!!!" someone complained.

"THERE'S NO COUNTDOWN IN A REAL BATTLE!!!! GO-GO-GO!!!!" Present Mic shouted over the microphone.

I had taken out a couple of 2 and 3-pointers and was taking a quick breather. I saw a 2-pointer straight away with a 3-pointer trailing behind coming for me. I pulled out my multi-purpose staff and activated the shock mechanism, still running. The 2-pointer swung a punch, but I ducked under it and swung my staff at it's legs, overloading the system with electricity.

The 3-pointer came right after and was about to hit me when a laser blasted it to pieces. I looked over my shoulder to see a blond with a belt.

"Merci for the points, mon ami!" he said over the chaos around us. I nodded and looked around. I noticed that not many, if any, robots were still in one piece.

THUD!!

Everyone looked around the area, confused, and slightly concerned, about what made such a big noise.

THUD!!

I turned around and my eyes widened. There was the 0-pointer, BUT IT WAS GIGANTIC!!!! Everyone started running away from the robot that we knew we couldn't best, not wanting to even attempt that suicide mission. I joined in the running until-

"OW!!!!"

I looked back to see Uraraka on the ground, her feet underneath some rubble. Uraraka...

Before I knew it, I was already halfway to Uraraka.

WHAT THE HECK AM I DOING?! No!! I gotta focus on saving Uraraka!!

I looked at the 0-pointer that was getting closer and closer to her. It will be difficult to take out the robot as a whole, but I can at least delay it from killing us both.

"HERO?!" Uraraka exclaimed in surprise. I glanced at her and sent a nervous smile. I turned my gaze back to the rubble on top of Uraraka. I squatted down, put my hands under the piece of rubble that was blocking Uraraka from moving, and lifted it up.

"Can you... crawl out...?" I questioned her, my muscles straining from the weight of the rubble I was holding. Uraraka quickly crawled clear of the rubble and, after double-checking that she was safe, let it fall.

A shadow fell over us. We looked up to see the foot of the 0-pointer about to squash us. I turned to Uraraka, who was struggling to stand up, picked her up bridal style, and ran as fast as my sore legs could. I jumped over rubble and fallen light poles and dodged cars, desperate to get us to safety.

"HOW FAR CAN YOU JUMP?!" Uraraka questioned me. I looked at her in confusion.

"PRETTY FAR!! WHY?!"

"JUMP WHENEVER I TELL YOU!!" she told me. I was concerned about what she was planning, but I decided to trust her judgement. The 0-pointer's foot was so close to us that I could hear it's gears rotating against each other.

"URARAKA!!!!"

Uraraka said something under her breath, but I couldn't hear it. My panic only spiked. WHY WEREN'T PROS HELPING US?!

"NOW!!!!"

I jumped as far as I could away from the 0-pointer, felt something touch my shoulder, and closed my eyes tight, my grip on Uraraka tightening slightly. After a minute or two, I opened my eyes to see that me and Uraraka were floating in the air. My eyes widened and I turned to Uraraka. She smiled, her eyes tired and her face pale.

Is this her quirk? I never asked. Wait...

I looked over my shoulder to see that the 0-pointer wasn't moving. Did someone turn it off...?

"BLeuGh..."

My eyes widened and I looked at Uraraka to see that she was throwing up-... rainbows?!

"OH MY GOSH!!!! ARE YOU OKAY, URARAKA?!" I asked her, pulling her bangs out of her face. Uraraka smiled at me and nodded slightly. She put her fingertips together.

"Release..."

We started falling, making me look down at the ground in panic and grabbing Uraraka again. I landed and let out a breath. Uraraka had passed out in my arms.

"Thanks, Uraraka..."

I headed towards the gates to the fake city, hoping to find some help for the girl in my arms.

Did you like it?! There were moments where I'm like, "What is this?!" But it's fun to think of a situation where Izuku didn't destroy the 0-pointer!! And remember!! Go beyond, PLUS ULTRA!!!!
