"Okayy, love you." Kianna pushed her lips out to give her an air kiss, smiling when Ivy playfully caught it and sent her one back

The house was packed full of family members and neighbors Kianna remembered playing with when she was little.
Her and Ivy had just finished bringing all the food form her car to the house, and right now her uncle was setting up the grill to start cooking her kebabs.
"Ahh! Is that Ivy? Girl you done' got so big." Marie exaggerated pulling Kianna's best friend into a hug and kissing her forehead
Ivy laughed at the affection and hugged her back, "Hey Auntie! It's been a while huh?"
Kianna let out a playful scoff flicking her long bundles behind her as she crossed her arms, "So what? everyone done' forgot about me now?"
Marie kissed her teeth, as she mushed Kianna's head, "Girll. Please get out with the shit. Ain't I see you two days ago? Oh okay."
Ivy laughed as she watched the two, Kianna's face was frowned to seem hurt at her aunt's words, even though she knew she was laughing inside.
Cadence walked in at that exact moment, an apron on and her hair tied back to really show her features.
"Oh! You guys are here? What's taking you so long to come say hi to ya' mama girl?" Candence fussed using the hand cloth on her shoulder to flick Kianna with it.
"Mama!" She whined holding her arm, "I'm sorry! I was just going to come see you." She explained holding her arms out yo hug Candence.
"Mhmm, you must think imma fool like ya' daddy." She rolled her eyes but accepted the hug, spotting Ivy standing behind her with a smile.
Candence gasped, "Ivy baby! Bug! why you ain't say she was with you? How you doing baby? How's your mom?" Candence separated herself from Kianna and latched into Ivy, carrying her away to the kitchen more than likely to go greet her other family members.
Kianna shook her head, and turned to head upstairs to change. She was glad to hear that Marie was able to get her old house back instead of moving into a new one, so she wouldn't have to struggling finding everything.
She turned into her old room that she used whenever she stayed over, and smiled at the fact that practically nothing had changed.
She quickly put on the outfit that she brung, happy that she took a shower at home before coming over so she wouldn't have to waste time.
She decided to keep it simple today, putting on a simple long, black bodycon dress that was tight but flared out a bit a her feet.
She rubbed on some cocoa butter to make her skin shine, as she paired the dress with some gold jewelry—something she swore by, it was rare if you ever saw Kianna not wearing anything gold—a few rings and a rope necklace.
She gently combed through her inches with a her detangling brush, since she decided to wear it straight today, and quickly put on a pair of lashes,
swiping some lipgloss across her lips.
Spraying on some perfume, she slipped back on her fur slides, and grabbed her tote bag to head back downstairs.
"Hey my baby! Oh and you brought a friend! Hi!" She heard Marie excitedly greet as she got closer.
Rasheed's here? Since when was he back in Arizona?
Kianna pushed her thoughts away as she finally reached the bottom of the steps, the creaking making everyone turn towards her.
Rasheed was there, his hair in his signature twists he always wore as a kid, a form fitting black tee on, paired with some jeans and white air forces.
However, Kianna could barley focus on him as she stared at the man behind him, who was currently still greeting Marie.
Once he was finally done hugging her, he turned towards Kianna, sending a quick head nod in her direction
