His eyes widened and kept staring at me "I don't wanna give you false hope, it's just a guess." I cleared
"You... you might be right." He whispered, still thinking if there could be any mistakes in what i said
"Did you see her? Dead i mean." I asked, because he never mentioned that they got her dead body
He shook his head "no, we didn't, but if she had escaped, she would've come back to us." He said
"I don't know." I breathed, he's right, why wouldn't she come back to them if she had escaped "let's go back to sleep, it's still night, and you should rest." I said
Few hours later "Now this is something interesting thing to watch"
"Shhh! You'll wake them up."
I heard some whispers that took me out of my slumber, i'm a not a heavy sleeper so sounds like this can easily wake me up
I looked around with my half opened eyes and saw some figures above my head smiling
My eyes widened and I quickly sat down, and my jumpscare woke Manjiro up "what wrong? Did you have another nightmare?" He asked in his raspy voice while rubbing his eyes
"Good morning you guys. Sorry, if we had known that the situation was like this, we would've not come this early." Ran said sheepishly

Manjiro clicked his tongue and sat down "ummm, good morning everyone, i... i'll go make some food for breakfast." I said, getting off the mattress and walking to the kitchen
In reality i'm running away from there, that was so awkward, how long have they been watching us sleep?
I heard footsteps getting closer, when i turned around, i saw Kakucho walking to the kitchen
I didn't know what to say so I pretended that I was occupied with something, and suddenly I heard him chuckle "don't worry, we didn't get you wrong. It's just unusual for us to see Mikey sleeping." He said
I looked at him for a few seconds without saying a word, that's right Manjiro did admit that he barely sleeps, but he's been sleeping for the past two days
I gave him a small smile "yeah, I get it, it's just that.. it was a little awkward." I said, feeling my cheeks heat up a little
He returned the smile then lifted some bags in his hands "here, i got what you asked." He said
I took the bags from his hands and looked inside of them "thank you Kakucho. I'll make us some fried eggs, what do you say?" I asked
He nodded in agreement and left me in the kitchen to cook freely
I washed the vegetables first, then i cracked the eggs, i made a separate pan for Manjiro without oil or pepper, i know it won't taste like much, but he should eat healthy
