Sakura carefully removed the tube from the young mother's throat before handing it to the attending nurse, she watched as the young mother coughed repeatedly, she waited patiently for her to catch her breath before handing her a cup of water.

"Slow sips hun," she said as she held the cup to her mouth helping her take small sips, the young mother gently pushed her hand away once she had enough "Thank you" the young mother croaked out, she reached up gently grabbing at her throat, Sakura grabs her hand squeezing it, "That's normal after getting a tube removed, your voice will return to normal with time," she said giving the mother a soft smile

The young mother nodded before looking over at both detectives who looked back at her and then back over to Sakura with a confused expression.

Sakura massaged the palm of the young mother's hand.

"These are two detectives who have a few questions for you," she said as she continued to massage the young mother's palm"To make it easier on your throat I can get you a pen and book" Sakura suggested but the young mother kindly denied by shaking her head

"If it becomes overwhelming you can stop at any time," Naruto said

The young mother nodded her head in response, sasuke took out a small recorder placing it on the desk next to the mother's hospital bed.

"Are you aware of your current medical condition?" Sasuke asked as he watched the young mother look down at the hand Sakura held

"Y-yes," the young mother said as she looked over at the voice recorder next to her

"Can you remember what happened to you?" Naruto asked as he studied her body language

"I- I was walking home from class and decided to take a shortcut because I wasn't feeling well and wanted to rush home, while I was walking I was approached by the man who father my child," the mother said as she spoke in a fearful tone

" what's the name of the man who fathered your child" Sasuke asked

"Rin" she whispered

"Okay, how old is Rin?" Sasuke asked

"25," she said as she looked at Sasuke

"Was Rin aware you are underage?"Naruto asked as he crossed his arms over his chest

The young mother took her gaze from Sasuke to Naruto who had a stern look on his face, she then looked back over to Sakura who had a more soft gentle expression.

Sakura squeezed her hand and gave her another soft smile, "it's okay hun you can answer truthfully, they are only here to help you" she said as she looked at the young mother

The mother nodded in response before taking a few deep breaths

"He wasn't aware of my age when we first got together," she said calmly

"You lied about your age?" Sasuke asked

The young mother looked away as she took her hand from Sakura who then became more concerned for the young mother" If you're going to judge me then leave I don't want or need your help" she said in annoyance and anger

"We are not here to personally judge you for your past choices, you came into the hospital with life-threatening injuries, we need to know the truth so we can arrest the person who did this to you," Sasuke said

"Are you even concerned for the child's wellbeing?" naruto asked, watching as her body tensed as soon as he mentioned the child, before anyone could blink the mother began to panic as she touched her stomach, she frantically looked around the hospital room before she snatched the iv out of her arm.
