Ballad of Blood

In the theatre, blood drips from her eyes
Her masquerade is ruined, dampened by the liquid scarlet

All is grey, but the red
All is dark, but that blinding light

The blade falls to the wooden floor, along with her newfound corpse
In the open, it occurs

An orchestra plays at piano, a melancholic melody
The sweet, symphonic demise of an innocent soul

Her beautiful spirit climbs the stairway
As he takes his own life, his rotten being burns

The operatic tragedy, soprano in fear
No one is around to hear
