Chapter 27: Moving Day

Ryan says "Hey, Dom. Can you help me with this, please?"

Dominic says "Yeah."

Dominic helps Ryan carry the bottom of the bed and both of them walk towards the moving truck. Dominic and Ryan walk into the moving truck and they both put down the bottom of the bed.

Dominic and Ryan get out of the moving truck and Ryan says "Thanks."

Dominic says "No problem."

Dominic and Ryan continue to put stuff into the moving truck and Dominic says "So, are you and Allison excited about moving out and moving into a new house?"

Ryan says "We are both excited, but nervous at the same time."

Dominic says "Understandable."

Ryan says "But I know that Allison is sad about leaving her childhood home. She grew up in this, she was raised in this house her whole life."

Dominic says "Yeah. I don't blame her."

Dominic and Ryan just finished putting stuff into the moving truck and both of them go inside the house. Dominic and Ryan walk up the staircase and they both go into the bedroom, where Aurora and Allison are.

Dominic and Ryan both enter the bedroom and they both see a couple more boxes to put into the moving truck.

Ryan says "Is this the last of our stuff?"

Allison says "Yep."

Ryan says "Okay."

Dominic and Ryan take the last of the boxes and both of them carry the boxes until they get to the moving truck.

Once Dominic and Ryan get to the moving truck, they both get in the moving truck and both of them put down the boxes.

Back In The Bedroom

Allison takes a moment and she looks around the bedroom.

Aurora says "You good?"

Allison looks at Aurora and Allison says "Yeah. I'm good."

Allison leaves the bedroom, with Aurora following her and both of them walk through the hallway. Aurora and Allison walk down the staircase and both of them leave the house.

Aurora and Allison walk over to Dominic and Ryan as they close the moving truck.

Dominic and Ryan face Aurora and Allison and Ryan says, to Allison "Are you ready?"

Allison takes a breath and she says "Yeah. I'm ready. Are you ready?"

Ryan says "I'm ready."

Dominic says "Well, we will see you in a couple of days."

Ryan says "Yeah."

Dominic says "If you guys need any help with moving in, you can call us and we will come over and help you guys."

Allison says "Thank you."

Aurora says "Call us when you guys get there."

Allison says "We will."

Dominic and Aurora hug Ryan and Allison bye and Allison cries a little bit. Once all four of them are down telling each other good bye, Ryan and Allison get in the moving truck with Ryan in the driver seat and Allison in the passenger seat and Ryan drives off to their new home.

Dominic and Aurora stand and watch the moving truck and Aurora waves Ryan and Allison good bye. Dominic and Aurora don't see the moving truck anymore and they both decide to go back inside the house.

Dominic and Aurora walk into the house and Dominic closes the front door. Dominic and Aurora face each other and Aurora puts her arms Dominic's neck.

Aurora says "It is so hard to believe that Ryan and Allison have moved out."

Dominic says "We will get used to it."

Aurora says "You're going to miss her little sister, aren't you? Admit it."

Dominic says "No I won't."

Aurora says "Yes, you will. She's one of your baby sister's."

Dominic says "Maybe a little bit."

Aurora says "Come on, Dominic."

Dominic says "I'm being honest with you, Aurora."

Aurora says "Dominic."

Dominic says "Okay. Fine. I will miss her a lot."

Aurora says "There you go."

Dominic and Aurora both laugh and Dominic says "You are so stubborn. And that's one of the reasons why I love you so much."

Aurora says "I love you too."

Dominic and Aurora both lean into each other and they both kiss each other on the lips.

Both of them pull apart from each other and Dominic says "You know, our daughter is asleep and everyone else is out."

Aurora says "So, what are you saying?"

Dominic says "I'm saying that we should get busy in our bedroom."

Aurora says "Oh, Dominic."
