Allysa pov
"Your last meeting is with Mr Brown at 12pm" I told Jared
"Mr Brown? As in Kai?" He asked confused
"Yes Kai Brown" I replied
"Are you sure? What does Kai want? Why didn't he call me directly. I mean i was also with him at the club yesterday"
"That, you will have to ask him yourself " I said
"Okay" he replied going back to his desktop but I was still standing there "is there anything else?" He asked with concern
"Um- the bridal shop called"
"Mmh" he hum
"They want me to go for fittings and the flower shop also wants me to choose the colours so they could start making my bouquet" I lied
"Baby, can't you wait until later? I will go with you" he said
"But I don't want you to see the dress" I whinned
"It's okay, I can just drive you" he said
"No, my love, Just have your meeting with Kai, I will be back before you know it" I said
He looked at me for a while tapping his fingers on his lips and then he said shortly "okay"
I gave him a big smile before walking out of the door. I gather my things cause I know that I won't be back until tomorrow.
I heard steps coming and I turn to look, it was Kai.
"Glad you're here. I need to go" I said
"Do you realise that if he finds out my jaw will be on the floor, right? And not in a good way" he said
"He will not find out, just play wisely in there and your jaw will be just fine" I said carrying my purse
He sighed in defeat "fine, just go your driver is waiting"
I raised my brows
"You didn't think that I will let you go alone now did you? That will be my death sentence, Jared would kill me when he finds out. And he sure will find out, that's why I told Harris to take you" he explained
"You told Harris?" I asked and he nod "and.."
"No, I didn't tell Ryan, relax"
I nod and then escort him to Jared's office.
"Jared, Mr Brown is here" I pointed at him "and I'm out. See you later" I went to kiss his cheek and then run outside.
When I reach to the parking lot Harris was there. I didn't waste any time as I get into the car and we drove off.
"You sure know how to put us into trouble" Harris said
"Shut up. You will be fine" I said smirking
"You two are so evil. You deserve each other" he joked and I smiled to that.
We drive for two hours straight and finally we reach to our destination.
"You can wait here" I told Harris
"Are you crazy? I'm coming with you" he said
We got out of the car and then went to knock in the small beautiful house that was infront of us.
The door opened and the man was shocked to see us
"Harris?" He called
"Uncle" Harris replied with a smile.
"What are you doing here? And who are you?" He asked
"Can we go inside first?" I asked
"Sure, welcome" he guide us inside and motion us to sit on the sofa "how did you find me?"
"I didn't. But she did" Harris replied
"Who-"
"Allysa. Jared's fiancee" I introduced myself
"Oh! So he finally sent you, huh?"
"He didn't. He is scared to face you and he doesn't even know that I'm here" I explained
"Good. Then leave and let's pretend that we never met" he said standing up
"He is suffering" I said standing up too
"Just what do you know? Leave young lady" he shouted
"Please father. We are getting married soon, he needs you" I begged
"No, he doesn't need me. His grandfather is enough"
"What do you know? He wishes to see you" I said
"No, I should ask you that, what do you know? Please leave my house" he said showing us the door
"I know everything" I shouted "and when I say everything, I mean every thing"
"Ally-" Harris said
"No, let me talk. You, are you even a father? No, are you even a human being? How could you? How could you left your son for a woman? He is your only child for goodness sake. He spent years feeling guilty about a murder that he didn't commit"
"What? What do you know?" He shouted
"July 19, 2010. A woman was found dead in her apartment. And do you want to know the interesting part father? That woman was Molly. The same Molly that Jared killed"
"Shut up!" He shouted
"Why? What if I don't shut up, will you kill me too?" I asked going closer to him "why did you kill Molly? Huh father?"
"Harris, this woman is crazy. Get her out of here" he shouted
"She can be crazier, trust me uncle" Harris said
"Actually father, I've grew up in the streets, so crazy is my middle name. If we're still standing right now, it's because you're my father in law and my fiance loves you very much. So trust me when I tell you that I haven't activated my crazy mode, yet."
"What do you want from me?" He said
"Me? Nothing. But your son needs you. Come back in his life and act like a father he wants" I said
"And if I don't want to?" He asked
"Then, this" I showed him the evidence that I gathered "will be all over internet"
He started to pace around passing his hands through his hair.
"Listen lady, I can't face him, and that's why I came here. I'm too ashamed to see him" he explained
"He feels the same, but still want you to come back" I said "just come, I will tell him beforehand"
He sighed "Okay, I will come"
"Thanks father" I said and then went to hug him "I will give you a week, if you don't come, I will visit again and trust me, you won't like it" I whispered in his ear
We pull away and I smiled widely
"I think we should go" I told Harris and he stood up
We walked to the door and then I turn to look at father again
"I will be expecting you" I said "and it was nice to finally meet you"
He only nod and we walk to the car. As I enter the car my phone vibrated indicating g that I have got a message
Message from Kai: Jared knows.
"Fucking hell! I'm done" I said
"What?" Harris asked
"Jared knows that I came here"
"How did he found out?" He asked
"That, i don't know. Guess, I have a case to answer" I sighed deeply
