Final Smash

'All Might can't come. He's already used up his power. He can't save the day." He realized nervously as he continued to watch the 'fight', where the heroes were more concerned with damage control rather than stopping the villain. 'I hope someone comes. Someone has to save the day!'

Then, with another burst of fire, a figure emerged from within the slime. A victim, Izuku realized, who was probably choking on the slime, as he did. The victim's blonde hair and middle school uniform were matted by the sludge, and when their terror-filled red eyes met his he suddenly knew.

Kacchan.

"KACCHAN!!!" Izuku screamed as he pushed his way through the crowd. His attempts at pushing the aura down shattered as it raged wildly behind him. The crowd moved for the kid with the burning body as he rushed towards the fight.

"You again?!" The slime villain exclaimed seeing the burning ball of green rushing towards him.

'Why is my body moving?! Why can't I stop?!" He worried in a panic as his body ignored the calls to stop by the other heroes. 'His eyes! It's solid! if It just hit that-'

Izuku slung his book bag off his bag and threw it at the villain with all his might. The bag slammed into the villain's eye making him screech and recoil in pain. That gave Bakugo just the slightest bit of room to breathe and cough out the gunk in his body.

"Kacchan!" Izuku reached his classmate, grabbing his hand and trying to pull him out of the sludge.

"Shitty Deku?" He asked, recognizing the nerd from his glowing figure. "What the fuck are you doing here?!"

"I don't know why! My body moved on its own!" Izuku cried, tears falling as he pulled and clawed with all his might. "But you looked like you needed help!"

-Crack, Whoosh-

Izuku felt a strange sensation in his body; like a glass container had been shattered and whatever was inside of it had rushed out like the wind. But it wasn't a painful sensation. Instead, it felt almost freeing, like a piece that was always missing had finally arrived.

Izuku looked up at Kacchan to continue to pull him and gasped.

His firey aura spread to Kacchan, where before the flames ended here he grabbed the boy, now those same flames covered Kacchans body as well. Izuku could still see his friend's red eyes, but they now had a golden glow to them, just like his own.

"I DON'T NEED YOUR HELP!" He screeched, his hands exploding to get everything away from him.

Except this wasn't his ordinary explosions. An explosion, bigger, louder, and more destructive than anything he'd ever pulled out before erupted from his palms sending a shockwave of heat and air all around him. The glass shattered from all the nearby buildings and several standbys were knocked over by the force of the shockwave. The sludge villain splattered across the street, having the second eruption literally explode him from the inside out.

Surprisingly, Izuku himself was completely unaffected despite him holding Kacchan's other hand. Aside from the uncomfortable heat and wind, he looked none worse for wear than when he first ran in.

"D-damn you, kids," the sludge villain cursed, struggling to find the energy to speak. "You ruined everything..." Its eyes glared at the two middle schoolers before rolling back, the sludge surrounding it slumping back into a puddle.

Izuku barely took note of that, nor when Kacchan roughly pulled his hand away from his and the flames died down for him. What had just happened? Why did Kacchan have his flames?

Was this what his quirk actually was?

If it isn't obvious, Izuku's quirk here is inspired by the Smash Ball and Final Smashes.Prior to the sludge villain incident, Izuku's quirk was called 'Distressed Aura' and was thought to be a purely cosmetic and ultimately useless quirk.The cracking sound is supposed to be the sound when breaking a Smash Ball. Since this is the first time Izuku is actually using it, the ball is only breaking now.While this Izuku's bullying was less severe than canon Izuku's bullying, he was still often a target by BakugoThe same river incident happened here, Izuku's quirk didn't affect anything and Bakugo still thinks Izuku was looking down at him since then.All Might would later talk to Izuku here, apologize about his words on the rooftop, and offer to help him train and explore his quirk for the UA entrance exam.He'd also offer OFA but one thing at a time.Had the Sludge Villain incident not happened, Izuku would have instead trained and tried to get into UA effectively quirkless.There are now two ways that he could have discovered his quirk then. The first would be in trying to save Uraraka from the rubble as the Zero-Pointer rampaged. The other would be in trying to pull Tsuyu away from Shigaraki's hand in the USJ incident.Those scenarios can still happen even after the Sludge Villain incident except Izuku will be actively giving his boost to them instead of it just happening.The finishing moves made by the OFA-boosted quirk are based on the Final Smashes of the Mii Brawler, Mii Swordfighter, and Mii Gunner.Izuku's hero name could be 'Finale', 'Flare', or 'Beacon'. His hero costume could resemble his regular jumpsuit but turned white with various accents colored either black or something reflective to capture the multicolored flames.
