"Are you okay with that?" I made sure

"I am totally okay with that" He smiled

"But I gotta call him and ask him if he really has them, he could've lost them" I got my phone out and started to call Lando

"Yes baby," he picked up

I cringed about the 'baby' part "Lando, can you please check your backpack, I don't have my keys"

"Oh baby, are you in Monaco already?"

"Yes, do you have the keys?" I asked again

"I'm looking, yeah, they're here. Should I come with them tomorrow?"

"No, don't" Please don't "I'll get the spare ones"

"You don't have spare ones"

"Then I guess, I'll stay somewhere else" I said

"Where? With who?" Of course he had to ask

"You don't need to know, bye" I feelinglessly hang up

"He really needs help, 'where? with who?'" Charles started imitating him

"Yeah, he does" I agreed and I chuckled a little

"I hope Max will not let him go, or he'd be able to come here tomorrow just to check, and your house would be the first one on the list" I chuckled. Max is Lando's best friend, and i feel like he can tell him to give me some time if Lando tells him the whole truth

Charles laughed, turning into a parking lot in his house. He parked the car in his spot and got out, we got our things from the truck. I wanted to grab my suitcase, but he did take it from me, with his.
"You don't have to, I'll get it" I smiled at him

"No, I want to help" He smiled so adorable, I'm not used to this kind of behaviour

We went into an elevator and went into Charles' apartment. He opened the door for me again and let me in. I took my shoes off and waited for Charles to give me instructions, I'm always shy when I come to someones' house i've never been before. He got our stuff and put it in a corner in his living room. I finally went in, I was in shock, his apartment is so beautiful, full of pictures, arts, nice furniture but what caught my eye was a piano.
"It's beautiful in here" I was admiring his living room and went closer to see the piano "do you play a piano?"

"Yeah, I do actually" He smiled "surprised?"

"Totally" I chuckled

"Are you hungry? We can order something." He offered

"I am, but I can cook something if you don't mind" I smiled

"I don't really, you'd do that?"

"I mean it's the least I can do for you" I chuckled

"Okay then," he smiled, so adorable "you can cook whatever you want"

"It depends on what I'll find in your fridge" I laughed and went to take a look, to my surprise it was kind of full "perfect, we'll definitely figure this out"

"Perfect, by the way you can sleep in my bed, I'll show you my bedroom and put your things there, come with me" He took my suitcase and went through the hall to his bedroom, it was simple, white walls, big bed and a wardrobe, nothing much what caught my eye, just a picture of his car from 2019. It was cute. He put my suitcase in the corner of the room, showing me the bathroom right after.

"And where will you sleep?" I asked

"I'll get the sofa, I'm okay with that really, don't try to make me change my mind" He chuckled because he saw that I wanted to argue about that "I mostly sleep on it and it's quite big so I really don't mind"

"I can get the sofa, Charles...I'm the burden here I shouldn't be taking your bed" I argued

"No, I want you to sleep in my bed." He said like ot was his final word and it probably was

"Okay, Leclerc, I'll sleep in your bed if you want me to" I smirked

"Oh I desire that" He said teasingly and I couldn't help myself but laugh

"I'll go cook something now," I smiled happily

"I'll take a shower meanwhile" He informed me

"Have fun, I guess" I giggled

"I will, don't worry" He did too and left to the bathroom

Meanwhile I started to prepare something for dinner, not really knowing what he does like to eat so I decided to go with something really simple I think everyone likes which is some pasta carbonara.
