The word of praise left his lips on its own. He realized the gravity of the situation when he saw her gazing back at him... more like glaring at him.
"What???", she asked, more like giving him another chance to rectify his mistake.
"Uhm...I mean...", he fumbled as the thought of his first impression going in gutter entered in his mind.
But more like to his utter relief, her expressions slowly changed as she tried hard suppressing the laugh.... but eventually gave in and started laughing.
Watching her laugh, he finally realized the breath he was holding for so long...
"Oh my god! I am so sorry buddy! I can't help it; you are looking so cute!"
Had it been someone else then he would have thrown big time tantrum for pulling such pranks on him, but this girl's smile seemed too precious to him. So, he let it slide, but only for this time! His mind scolded him.

"Nothing, I was just praising your acting skills... you should try for some movies or kdramas".
She said as she kept a kadai on the stove and poured few cups water in it. Meanwhile he also kept water on the stove for boiling.
"Well thanks... I get that a lot. Even I got some offers but tragic, I was too talented for such small offers. You know I am waiting for some perfect project of my level".

He clearly bragged. And she didn't buy any of the bragging which was quite evident when she made a typical "Ohh" mouthing with eyebrows raised and attitude which didn't gave a damn.
"So... you are also making instant noodles?".
"Instant? Sir the word is the biggest lie. Maggie an instant noodle, lol!"
She laughed and eventually made him chuckled a bit.
"Well, Maggie is indeed a so-called instant noodle that claim to get all ready within 2 minutes but if you ask me or any other Indian, then you will get to know that real difference between 2 minutes and 20 minutes!"
"My god! Lady chill...so much hate against such delicious noodles!", again the dramatic mode on and that made her chuckled.
"Anyway! Which flavor are you cooking? I mean ramyun's flavor".
"Oh, its carbonara".
