Saitama, Genos, Garou, Psykos, Fubuki, and some Class-S heroes were invited to react to something, when they got there, a unknown being appeared and shocked all of them, they're about to attack it but the being was harmless, after explaining what they're doing, they all calm down.
"So, shall we begin?" Said the unknown being.
They all nodded and the screen started.

"Oh, that's Garou." Said the unknown being, shocking Bang and Garou.
"That's Garou?!" Said bang.
"Yeah, he finally became a monster." Said the unknown being.
"I did it... I finally become what I wanted! A monster! HAHAHAHAHA!" said Garou laughing like a maniac.
"Now calm down, let's continue." Said the unknown being.
