1: The Beginning

"Thanks Y/n" he smiled back at me.

*Uhh he's so handsome*

"See look like she's checking you out as well"
I nudge my shoulder towards her seeing as she's staring back at him making him blush.

Looking down at my phone checking the time I realized it's time for me to go home and start my homework and make me some dinner soon.

"Hey guys imma head out it's time for me to go home to do some homework and start cooking soon" I said to them as I started to get up out of the chair putting my phone in my purse and making sure my outfit is not messed up.

"Awww you're leaving already and what are you making? " Hide pouted at me.

"Yes" hitting him upside his head. "and you will see when we see each other at school"

"Ouch and okay" he winced rubbing his head.

"You okay" I ask Kaneki making sure that he's okay before I leave.

"Yes I'm okay s-see you later Y/n" he blushed.

A small smile formed on my face as I hug him.

"Okay see you later handsome" he blushed even more

                   *I love making him blush*

Walking away from them I see the girl Touka who Hide was messing with at our table as I walked up to her to let her know that he won't do that shit again.

"Hey Touka right? " she turns around to look at me.

                   *Damn she's gorgeous*

"Yes?" Feeling her eyes looking up and down at me.

"Hey I just wanted to say sorry about my friend back there's something wrong with him" I chuckled.

"Oh umm it's okay really I just wasn't suspecting that question that he asked back there" she chuckled awkwardly.

"It's okay I smack him upside his head for doing that to you" I smiled.

"Yeah I seen you do that to him it was funny" she smiled.

"Well I have to get going it was nice meeting you" I said looking at her one last time.

"Nice meeting you too umm?"

"Haha it's Y/n" I laughed.

"Well nice meeting you too Y/n" giving me a small smile.

*jingle jingle*

Finally leaving the Anteiku I felt something in my spirit after talking to her but I can't put my finger on it.

"Oh shit yeah let me hurry my ass on and get home" looking at the phone checking the time once again walking back home.

Back in the Anteiku...

"Hey man why did Y/n gave you a hug and not me?" Hide asked Kaneki.

"Umm maybe because of what you did not to long ago" he said to him.

"I was only trying to help you out man" he shrugged as Kaneki blankly stare at him in disbelief.

"Oh but what about Y/n she's very beautiful and very smart even though she has her crazy moments"

"You know if she was still here she would slap you again and I don't know I never thought about Y/n like that she's been one of my closest friends beside you for so long but don't get me wrong she's very beautiful and smart too" he blushed.

"Well you should think about it Kaneki" Hide said to him while getting up from his seat.

"But I got to go to work so I will talk to you later and good luck dreamer boy" he waved at him.

"See you later Touka" Hide waved at Touka exiting out of the Anteiku.

Kaneki POV

                                      *Jerk*

But thinking about what Hide said to me about Y/n I never really thought about liking Y/n like that but she always make me laugh and blush every time she calls me handsome, I'm blushing just thinking about it but I'm still not sure about it yet so well I should get back to reading this book.
