"So what do you guys want to eat, pizza or pasta?" My mom asked.

"Pizza!!!" We all shouted at once. Mom and dad both started laughing.

"You guys ate pizza for a month when I went to stay with my sister and you still want to eat pizza?" My mom glared playfully at my dad while he just gave her a sheepish grin. Luke shrugged while Kiara chuckled. I sighed contentedly, my family was awesome.

I was happy and so was everyone else. Our day had gone well and we were driving home. But I knew we weren't ready to go home just then, so I suggested we ate ice cream and everyone agreed.

As we walked into Mario's Gelatos, I noticed that K had tensed beside me, I looked at her and saw that she was looking at a particular boy. The boy was handsome, with dark hair and hazel eyes, but he looked broody and sullen. He had a leather jacket on, like a rebel. He looked older than Kiara but younger than Luke.

As we approached the counter, Kiara became increasingly uncomfortable, fidgeting and flinching. I told her to act normal because she was starting to freak me out.  By the time we were just three feet away from him, she was practically having a panic attack . I thought nothing of it as I ordered my ice cream which Bartolommeo (whom I call Bart) happily handed to me.

"One Nutella ball and one mint ball topped with dark chocolate and Maltese pieces please!" I said.

"Here you go Minnie, enjoy la delici!" He chuckled as he handed it to me.
I smiled, "Thanks," I said as I skipped away only to bump into someone and almost ruin my ice cream. I fell backward onto my bum with a 'Thud' as I tried to save my ice cream, luckily only some of it was lost because (surprise, surprise!) it was smeared onto ,non-other than Kiara, but she was distracted by  Mr. Badboy.

His face showed nothing but contempt, even so, he was ,in fact, pretty handsome. He started sneering at Kiara. He snickered, "Hey, I always knew your place was on the floor but seriously you're just embarrassing yourself."

I was examining him and he thought I wasn't listening but I was. No one was allowed to talk like that to my sister! He was the one, and he guy who bullied everyone at school. No wonder Ki was so afraid.

I let out a warrior's cry and lunged at him, catching him completely by surprise. He yelped and started pulling me back. I didn't care about the fact that everyone in the parlor had stopped to watch. At least, not until I was yanked back from the devilish boy.

At first, I struggled yelling at the person who held me back but after a good two minutes of yelling, I quieted down and stopped struggling. I sat on the floor, an angry expression still stuck on my face.

I turned around to look at the person who restrained me and saw my father glaring at me. I also noticed that most people were whispering to one another and then I did something crazy. I walked away from my father smiling, and then, I walked towards the boy, making it seem like I was going to apologize, putting on my most regretful face. I would show him who was boss, looking at his pretty, mocking face, I took a swing right at his nose, grinning in satisfaction when I heard a crack. A wave of gasps took over the crowd.

Soon it was time for the shop to close but we had to stay in because Mr.Mario had 'special business' to talk about with my father regarding me and Mr. badboy. Sure enough everyone left and it was only us in the now empty parlor.
Strangely, Mr. Badboy's parents were nowhere to be seen and I was quite amazed to see that he was standing there quietly. He was receiving glares from Luke and I was trying to avoid looking at him, which was something significantly hard. K on the other hand was full out ignoring him.

As we waited, the owner of the shop came in and greeted us. Mr. Mario was very rich because he owned several ice cream parlors all around the country. He also owned a real estate agency. When I was younger, I used to think he sold houses made of ice cream. That would've been really cool.
