Vince has a twin sister named Dylan. They are complete opposites besides their love for fast cars. But Vince wasn't the only one that met Dominic Toretto in the third grade.

Dylan takes a deep breath to calm her nerves as she waits for her name to be called. She honestly couldn't believe that she is about to graduate college. She could only wish that her mother was still alive to have seen that she did it. She has two people left in front of her before another name is called. That person's family cheers them on causing Dylan to frown, knowing she wouldn't have anyone out there to cheer her on since the only person she had told was Dom.
"Dylan Davis," The announcer calls out before Dylan walks on stage to receive her diploma. The crowd is completely quiet until she has her diploma in her hand. Dylan looks out at the crowd shocked as she hears people cheering her name and whistling. "That's my best friend!" Letty and Mia cheer together as they clap at the same time Jesse and Leon cheer, "Go Dylan!" Dylan laughs as she watches them before she sees Vince and Dom there as well. After the ceremony, Dylan starts making her way through the crowd before she is pulled into a hug by Letty and Mia. Dylan gives Jesse and Leon a hug before walking over to Vince.
"I'm so proud of you, D," Vince says as he pulls his twin into a hug. "Mom would be too." "Thanks, V," Dylan says with a smile before walking over to Dom. "You told them?" "Of course," Dom says with a smirk. "You deserve to be celebrated for your hard work." "Thank you," Dylan says before pulling Dom into a kiss, not knowing what she would do without him in her life.

The next day Dylan pulls up at the gate to race wars behind the team. "How's it going, bro?" Dylan asks the guy at the gate. "Welcome to Race Wars," The guy tells Dylan as he hands her a bracelet. "Great. Thanks a lot," Dylan says before getting in line to race. Someone writes 2411 on her back windshield as she is waiting in line. She is the next up to race so she starts checking on everything in her car.
"Baby. Hey, baby," The guy she is racing says. "You should watch from the side. I wouldn't want to get exhaust on that pretty face." "Put your money where your mouth is," Dylan tells him as she pulls her sunglasses down to look at him. "I'll race you for that sweet little ass," The guy taunts, causing her to roll her eyes. "You want ass, why don't you hit Hollywood Boulevard? You want an adrenaline rush, it'll be two large. Right here. Right now. What's it gonna be?" Dylan says before showing her money with a smirk. "You got it," The guy says as he shows his own money. Dylan looks at the guy to find him making kissy faces at her. She rolls her eyes as she pushes her sunglasses back up before she gets ready to go. They are side by side as they take off. About half way through she hits her NOS. Dylan collects her money before going over to where the team is.
"There's my girl!" Dom says as she walks over and shows the money. Dom picks her up before kissing her. "Nice job," Letty tells her as they hug. "You too, girl," Dylan says seeing as Letty had won her race as well.
"Yo! Heads up, bro. We got problems," Leon says as he runs over. "What?" Dom asks as he wraps a protective arm around Dylan. "Jesse," Leon answers him and points to the Jetta. "Where's Jesse going?" Dom asks as they watch the Jetta drive away from race wars. "He just raced Tran for slips," Leon answers him. "Oh, shit," Dom says before Tran drives over to them.
"Where's he going?" Tran asks as he gets out of the car. "He went to the car wash," Dom lies to buy them some time. "Whatever. Go fetch my car," Tran orders as he points at Dom. "Go fetch your car? We're not on your block anymore. You better watch who you talk to like that," Dom tells him before walking back over to the others.
"Toretto! SWAT came into my house disrespected my whole family, because somebody narked me out," Tran yells as his guys start walking over. "And you know what? It was you!" Dom punches Tran into the face sending him to the ground and then keeps punching him. Leon pushes some of Tran's guys back while Dylan punches Lance in the face sending him to the ground. Vince goes to help the security guard get Dom off of Tran. "Get off of him, man. Dom, chill out, man. Come on!" Vince yells as he pulls Dom off of Tran. "I never narked on nobody! I never narked on nobody!" Dom yells as Vince pulls him away before Letty and Dylan follow them to the trailer.
That night Letty, Leon, Vince, Dylan, and Dom are getting ready to leave to take a truck when Mia comes over and starts arguing with Dom. "I have respected you and I haven't said shit. Now I am asking you not to go," Mia says as she pleads with her brother. "I'm doing this for both of us," Dom tells her. "Don't give me that crap. You're doing this for you. Why are you insisting on doing this? Dom, please, just don't," Mia pleads before they get into the cars and leave.
"All right, we're one man short," Dom says as he takes the covers off of the civics. "Letty, I need you on the left side. Dylan, your with her as usual. Both guns are with Vince." "Your sister's right about this one. This don't feel good," Leon says as he brings the harpoon gun from Letty's car to Dom. "Don't do that," Dom tells him with a slight glare. "Something's wrong," Letty tells him as she brings over the other gun. "Stop," Dom says as he shakes his head. "We shouldn't be doing this without Jesse," Dylan says in hopes he will change his mind, not having a good feeling. "Look. This is the mother load. We've been on this for three months. After this, it's a long vacation for everyone. Let's go," Dom says as he looks at all of them. "I hope so," Leon says before going to get in his car. Dom walks over to Dylan while Letty walks over to Vince to help him with his harness.
"Listen, the other night I had a dream that you and I were on the beach in Brazil," Dom tells her with a smile, knowing that is a place where she wants to travel to someday. "Really?" Dylan asks him with a smile. "Really," Dom answers her before kissing her. "You ride, I ride," Dylan tells him before kissing him again.
"Leon, keep on those scanners," Letty says as she walks over to her car with Dylan following her. "Copy that," Leon says with a nod. "All right, let's go," Dom says as he looks at Dylan before they get in the cars and take off.
